On the other side, Han Fei appeared exceptionally disheveled. Her delicate face was pale, and she covered her mouth with her hand, coughing uncontrollably. Lin Han felt a bit awkward; he had been prepared for this situation, while Han Fei had been unexpectedly dragged into the water.
Not only did she choke on a mouthful of water, but her pretty face was now ashen, and her wet dress clung to her body. It wasn't until Lin Han confirmed that the Mineral Rock Lizard had not pursued them that he allowed the Dark Black Tortoise underwater to carry both of them back to the rocky shore.
Han Fei remained silent, her damp hair hanging down, looking utterly dejected, a far cry from the proud Long Princess she had once been. Once they were safely delivered to the shore and the bubble burst, they landed smoothly on solid ground. A chilly breeze swept by, making it feel quite cold.
Lin Han glanced at Han Fei, who was sitting on the ground with her arms wrapped around her knees, feeling somewhat guilty. He peeked into his system space and realized he hadn’t brought any extra clothing. Opening the shop, he searched around but found nothing warm.
In a corner, he spotted an item.

Lin Han looked at the item and gritted his teeth before making the purchase. A scarf with a faint green glow appeared in his hands; it felt smooth yet surprisingly heavy.
As he glanced down at Han Fei, who was hugging her knees, perhaps due to the angle, Lin Han caught sight of some subtle curves that were barely visible. The wet fabric clung tightly to her skin, revealing glimpses of bare flesh and a figure that rivaled her delicate face.
"What are you doing?"
Han Fei noticed Lin Han behind her and immediately scowled, anger flashing in her eyes.
"Your clothes are soaked through. This is a tool, but it should keep you warm. We can't start a fire right now, so just make do with it for now."
For the first time, Lin Han spoke to Han Fei in such a subtle and awkward manner. Perhaps it was due to the feast for his eyes, or perhaps it was guilt—maybe it was both.
"Okay."
To his surprise, the proud Long Princess did not refuse Lin Han's offer. As she took the Wind Whisperer's Scarf, a wave of softness enveloped her.
Instinctively glancing at its attributes, her eyes widened in shock.

Lin Han didn't want to answer. Seeing him remain silent, Han Fei didn't press further and wrapped the scarf around her fair neck, feeling a gentle warmth spread.
With her body warming up a bit, Han Fei became more talkative, and her attitude towards Lin Han softened considerably compared to before.
"How did you know there was an underground river here?"
Han Fei asked casually.
Lin Han didn't think much of it and replied naturally, "After I signed the contract with Dark Black Tortoise, I developed an inexplicable sense of connection to water sources. It just felt a bit abrupt, and I didn’t have the chance to tell you."
Han Fei fell silent for a moment, but her tone turned somewhat unfriendly.
"So you're saying you knew there was an underground river all along? Why didn’t you release Dark Black Tortoise earlier to control the river water and drive those Mineral Rock Lizards away? Instead, you chose to jump into the river with me?"
Hearing Han Fei's words, Lin Han paused for a moment, and then his expression grew increasingly awkward.
"Do you believe me if I say I didn't expect this?"
"Lin Han!"
