The image of the person John had mentioned flashed quickly through the Master’s mind, and he immediately responded, "Oh, you must be referring to Blacksmith Apprentice Das. I have already properly settled him in the newly constructed artisan area outside the manor."
Hearing this, John nodded slightly, acknowledging the arrangement, but then added, "Yes, that's good. However, he can't manage alone. Let's assign him ten Serfs to help him learn the blacksmithing skills. Make sure to choose those who are quick-witted and responsive."
Clearly, John had a more long-term plan in mind. He understood that relying solely on one blacksmith would not meet the enormous future demand for ironware in the territory. Thus, he intended to form a powerful team of blacksmiths.
However, while Musk outwardly nodded in agreement, he inwardly began to murmur to himself. In his view, these craftsmen had always regarded their skills as their most precious wealth, cherishing them as if they were their very lives, fearing that others would learn and take away their livelihoods. Therefore, expecting them to wholeheartedly teach apprentices seemed almost like a fantasy.
John seemed to see through the Master’s inner worries and couldn't help but chuckle. "Haha, I understand your concerns, but you can rest assured; I have my own strategies for this matter."
Upon hearing this, the Master felt his tense nerves relax slightly. Since John appeared confident, he must have had a comprehensive plan in place. Thus, he respectfully bowed to John and slowly exited the room.
After the Master left, John turned and called out loudly toward the door, "Iman, Elizabeth, come in and keep me company for the night!"
As his words fell, two graceful maids entered in response.
With two beautiful women in his embrace, John quickly fell into a deep sleep. He had been exhausted from traveling over the past few days and planned to enjoy a good rest tonight.
The next morning.

With each inhale and exhale, he drew in the power of light.
He only stopped practicing when he felt a burning sensation in his muscles.

John felt the burning sensation within him fade as he continued to move his somewhat stiff body.
"Ah, I can do this again at noon and in the evening. It seems that I can master this technique in about two years."
With both hands steadily holding the Fragrant Tea prepared by the maid, he slowly descended the stairs.
At that moment, on the first floor, the blacksmith Das stood nervously in a secluded corner of the spacious hall. His body was tense, and he didn't dare to breathe too loudly, fearing that even the slightest sound might draw attention.
