After two days of intense battles, although Redman had gained considerable territory, he did not wish to continue the fighting. After all, he currently had only two Transcendent warriors at his disposal. Even if he managed to seize more land, it would be difficult to defend it. Just managing the two territories he already controlled was proving to be quite overwhelming.
"Brother, I think we should just let it go! Even if we can capture so much territory, how are we going to manage it?" John said, observing his older brother's expression. He understood that Redman was not inclined to continue the offensive. John knew that without his brother's banner as a pretext, he would have no valid reason to attack that territory. Every time John recalled the various favors Redman had done for him, his dissatisfaction was forcibly suppressed.

I think this castle is quite nice; I plan to move in tomorrow," Redman replied with an unmistakable excitement on his face, as if he could already envision himself ruling over his new territory. After all, this land was far superior to his previous location and much closer to the center of Blink County.
After bidding farewell to Redman, John set off towards Mountain Territory. According to the detailed map in his possession, all nine villages within Mountain Territory belonged to him. More importantly, this area boasted a coal mine with a considerable reserve.
John's keen interest in Mountain Territory stemmed from this coal mine. With both iron and coal mines now under his control, it meant that his Wu Lan business could finally expand without any concerns about potential obstacles hindering its growth.
After a long journey, John finally arrived at Mountain Territory. As soon as he entered the area, he quickly made arrangements by sending two trusted soldiers with a portion of his troops to conduct thorough inspections of each village. Meanwhile, he hurried towards the village named after the coal mine.
Upon arriving at Coal Mine Village, John immediately recognized its purpose; nearly all the residents were involved in coal mining activities. The village appeared busy yet orderly, filled with scenes of labor.
After observing and gathering information, John discovered that aside from the village chief and five soldiers responsible for maintaining order, all other residents were former serfs under the previous Lord's command. However, with the change in territorial ownership, these once-oppressed serfs naturally became subjects under John's rule.
From today onward, their old oppressor had been removed by John. However, this did not mean that they could rejoice freely; John merely replaced the village chief and left twenty soldiers to ensure the safety of the coal mine while maintaining the existing system. After all, he was not as skilled in exploitation as his predecessor had been.
