Blood immediately gushed down his cheek like a fountain, staining his collar crimson. Reeling from the severe injury, Master staggered a few steps before collapsing to the ground.
Seeing Master fall so easily, Will's lips curled into a contemptuous smirk: "Hmph, truly overestimating yourself!" He then raised the bloodied Peidao high, preparing to unleash further violence upon Annie.
At that moment, Annie was already pale with fear; she could hardly believe how dire the situation had become. Although they were in the Salted Fish Territory under her jurisdiction, not everyone was always by her side.
Initially, she naively thought there would be no danger since most of the strong were scattered throughout the territory on various missions. However, now faced with an urgent crisis, Annie looked around and realized there was not a single person nearby she could rely on.
As Will approached step by step, an unprecedented sense of terror and despair surged within Annie. Yet she refused to sit idly by; instead, she desperately cried out for help: "Help! Someone! Please save me!" While trembling, she reached for the dagger at her waist, preparing for a last-ditch fight against her enemy.
"You! Go ahead! Even if you scream your throat raw, no one will come to save you!" Will laughed maniacally, his expression filled with pride and malice as if he could already envision poor Annie becoming his plaything, completely at his mercy. The thought sent waves of uncontrollable excitement through Will’s heart as he began to fantasize about the unspeakable scenes that awaited him.
However, just as Will was lost in this twisted reverie, a furious roar suddenly interrupted his thoughts.
"Who says no one can save her? Don't be afraid, woman! I'm coming!" With this shout, a massive figure descended from the sky like a meteor. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a five-meter-tall werewolf resembling a beastman. This werewolf was muscular and had hair standing on end like steel needles, exuding an aura that instilled fear.
Before Will could react, the werewolf landed firmly on the ground. It clasped its hands together and then swung them forward with great force while shouting: "Caesar Claw!"
