These days, I truly owe you a lot.
In a humble little cottage, an elderly man with a face full of wrinkles expressed his gratitude to a young woman. She was not particularly striking in appearance, standing at around five feet tall, with an exceptionally sturdy build. Even among men, she would stand out; most men who saw her might feel a bit shorter in comparison.

The elderly man's name was Dian Zhen, who was also the father of Dian Wei. He took Meng Xin aside and asked, "Do you know any young men? Have you thought about marrying into a good family?"

Dian Zhen's determination made Meng Xin lower her head slightly and say with some hesitation, "Then I leave everything to you, Dian Shu." A hint of youthful shyness appeared on her face; however, such an expression seemed somewhat out of place on her sturdy frame.
