This bountiful harvest was due to the fact that reality differed from the rules set in virtual games; without tools blessed by luck, a single piece of Coal typically yielded just one unit of Coal. However, given the richness of this mineral deposit and the high ratio of Coal contained in each piece, every mining attempt allowed for varying amounts of Coal to be extracted.
Most often, they would yield blocks of Coal, with extremely high unit probabilities being relatively rare. Iron ore followed a similar principle; depending on the iron content, the number of raw iron stones obtained varied. Although this mine was not exceptionally rich in iron content, most of the time, the extracted iron ore could only meet the minimum production requirement, providing just one basic Iron Block.
