Given the current real estate market is so sluggish, and the overall economic environment isn’t great, it’s surprising that someone would come to buy a villa. “Xiao Xue, I have a task for you! Aren’t you studying design? In the next few days, find some classmates or teachers to help design two sets of Fishing Gear from a female aesthetic perspective. A fisherman who doesn’t consider his wife’s preferences has no future!”
Not only did Shi Tian want Fishing Gear designed with female aesthetics in mind, but he also asked Su Xueyi to help design a set based on children’s aesthetics.
These products might not sell in high volumes, but they should at least provide ideas and space for those family-oriented fishermen. As for whether they could get their wives and kids involved—that would depend on their own skills!
The design for product packaging isn’t expensive; if done by regular university students, they’d jump at the chance for five or six hundred yuan. Shi Tian’s requirements were more detailed and would take some effort but wouldn’t cost too much—two or three thousand yuan would be sufficient even if hiring professionals.
“I’ll get started right away and show you the results before I leave work!” Su Xueyi said as she stood up after putting down Tang Tang. “However, there aren’t many girls who fish; getting them to spend hundreds on fishing gear might be difficult!”
Shi Tian understood what Su Xueyi meant; if it were a lipstick or a bottle of perfume costing three to five hundred yuan, many girls would eagerly buy it. But asking them to spend that much on a Fishing Rod would be quite challenging!

After the seafood feast in the morning, Pai Gou Ge was too pained to take a nap. That meal cost over four hundred yuan—imagine what else he could have bought with that money!
Shi Tian was being too practical. It was their first meeting, and he couldn't at least let him treat? If he had just given a little, Pai Gou Ge would have pretended to be drunk and offered to pay the bill!
They had arranged to meet at the shop in the afternoon to prepare the bait. Just past two o'clock, Pai Gou Ge drove his boat straight to the store, eager to see what kind of bait Shi Tian had prepared for him, hoping it would mend his wounded spirit from earlier.

"Hey! You're here! It's ready; take a look!" Shi Tian said as he placed two bowls of bait in front of Pai Gou Ge.
Without Shi Tian's introduction, Pai Gou Ge already knew more about it than Shi Tian did. He picked up one of the baits and gave it a shake. With his finger on the hook tip, he traced a line and remarked, "The hook is sharp enough; we just need to see if the line is sturdy when we try it out at sea! I'll take these two bowls and give them a test run; I'll come back tomorrow noon!"
Holding the two bowls of bait as he boarded his boat, Pai Gou Ge left with a flourish amidst Shui Laoban's resentful gaze.
"Liang Zi, you and Lao Liu prepare the hooks and then attach some live shrimp. We're going further out today; with these large hooks, using them close by would be a waste!" Once at sea, Pai Gou Ge began assigning tasks.
The two bowls of bait Shi Tian prepared contained large hooks and smaller ones as well. With such big hooks, they definitely wouldn't be effective close to shore.
"These two bowls of hooks are pretty good! Looks like that meal this morning was worth it; I really hit the jackpot!" Pai Gou Ge replied cheerfully as Liang Zi worked alongside Lao Liu to attach live shrimp onto the hooks.
The cost of preparing bait was still quite high. Not counting the fuel costs for the round trip, just buying live shrimp and squid alone would set them back two or three hundred yuan. Today they added two bowls of hooks and prepared plenty of bait; by the end of this trip, just for bait alone, they would spend around four hundred yuan!
