Just when we had settled in at the fishing spot, why are they suddenly packing up? It can't be anything urgent; if it were, they wouldn't have brought Old Yi along.
"Old man, are you done fishing? The bites are just right now; why are you closing up?"
"Shi Laodi, Xiao Tian's boat is in the water. Should we go congratulate him? He’s been out for over half a month; he must be missing home. Let's head to Sanya!"
As he took the cigarette that Shi Chui handed him, Old Yi casually mentioned it while slinging the rod bag over his shoulder and grabbing the fishing box to head toward the car.
"Xiao Tian bought a yacht? When did that happen? He never mentioned it!" Stunned, Shi Chui pulled out his phone to check Shi Tian's updates but found no mention of a yacht.
"A Mini Light Boat, sixty-eight feet, with a capacity for twelve people and nine fishing spots. We've been out here long enough; it's time for Sanya anyway. Plus, we can congratulate him on the new boat!" With a smirk, Old Kong casually remarked, knowing it would entice Shi Chui to join in.
"Shi Chui, surely Shi Tian won't refuse us! Even if he wanted to, he wouldn't stand a chance against you!"
"Wait for me! I have to go to Sanya too! Why don't we all go together?" After saying this, he dashed back to the fishing spot to hurry up and pack. If he took too long, those old men would take their sons out to sea without him! Once they left, they might not return for three or five days.
"Old Zhang, Old Li, I need to go to Sanya! Are you coming with me or staying here for a few more days?"
These two were already content just to fish for a few days; taking them to Sanya would be too much of a hassle for them.
"No way, we've already booked our tickets. We’re heading to Shandong first thing in the morning." Hearing that Shi Chui wanted to take them to Sanya, Old Zhang shook his head decisively. "With so many big fish here, who wants to go to Sanya?"
They had booked their flights to Shandong long ago and had already changed them twice.
"Fine, I'll leave you two some Wo Liao. I'm off now; I need to catch my flight!" He pulled out two packs of Wo Liao for the two of them and left one pack for Old Zhang heading to Sanya. Wang Ergou and Shui Bi Zhang were too wild; since their return date was uncertain, he needed to leave them extra supplies.
"Shi Shu, should we take you to the airport?" As he finished packing up the Wo Liao, Wang Ergou stood up.
The old man's car was already full; if they wanted a ride to the airport, Shi Chui would either have to drive himself or let Old Zhang take him.
"Sure! Thanks a lot! Once I’m in Sanya, I’ll call you and treat you to dinner!" Wang Ergou insisted on driving him, and Shi Chui didn’t mind accepting the offer. There was no time for niceties; if he delayed, those old men would leave him behind.
Wang Ergou and Shui Bi Zhang had known about Shi Tian's yacht for some time but had kept quiet about it. Once everything was packed up and they dropped Shi Chui off at the airport, he called Old Zhang since they were also leaving.
Unfortunately for them, they had driven there; it would take at least two days on the road.
Shi Tian hadn’t expected so many people would be interested in his boat right after it launched; right now, he was out cruising with Li Ziyu!
Captain Li Ziyu was at the helm of the Mini Light Boat as they circled around the platform where Pingtou Ge was located.
"Xiao Yu, should we call your brother now or wait until later?"
"Let’s wait until later! My brother is definitely busy right now! We rushed out without bringing any gifts; catching a few fish for him will save us from having to pick out presents!" Upon hearing that Shi Tian wanted to call Pingtou Ge, Li Ziyu turned the boat away from the platform.
She boarded the boat, wondering how she could still have a romantic evening with Shi Tian. It was the first time they were setting sail on the Mini Light Boat, and she had planned to stargaze with Shi Tian tonight!
