It was quite a challenge for Shi Ye, who had been scheming against him all this time, and now he still didn't understand why Shi Ye was playing this game. Li Xiang opened the device and took out a router to plug into the power supply, but it wouldn’t fit; he couldn’t tell if the socket was British or European. 0

He shoved Dian Xiao's power cable into the device, spending a bit of money to make sure Dian Xiao had power first. Only by ensuring that Dian Xiao was operational could he have a decent life himself. The router's power supply also needed to be replaced; charging his phone was one thing, but that was truly hopeless. Since it wasn't manufactured by Dian Xiao, they wouldn't cover after-sales service. He could only use an adapter or stick with Dian Xiao. 0

This wasn't urgent; tomorrow he would visit China Supermarket to buy an adapter with a power strip, and Shi Tian was contemplating how to get a proper kitchen knife set. His home was bare; he didn’t even have a decent knife. He needed to gather some materials for tomorrow. 0

He sent a video message to Li Ziyu and Yun Wan'er to let them know he was safe, then lay back on the bed. But dealing with A Heng and his antics wasn’t going to work! He needed to find a way to earn some money. 0

The next morning, he woke up at five o'clock. Five hours of time difference didn’t faze him; it was just right for early to bed and early to rise. After washing up, he inspected his territory in the yard. He wondered if A Heng could fish, but that didn’t seem too important. Even if he couldn’t, he could give some pointers; the difference between a fisherman and a non-fisherman often came down to just one fish. 0

He grabbed a bag and went for a stroll along the beach to pick up some trash, intending to make A Heng a fishing rod. The beach was never short of garbage; as long as no one was assigned to clean it regularly, even uninhabited islands far from land were littered with trash. Especially around barbecue spots by the sea, there were plenty of plastic bottles and other debris. 0

Africa still had rich resources; for instance, he could collect half a bag of plastic bottles and torn bags in just over half an hour. Dragging his haul home under the curious gazes of passersby, Shi Tian regretted not driving out instead. 0

While A Heng and the others were still asleep, he found a room to toss the garbage into before heading downstairs with Dian Xiao to make A Heng a hand rod first! 0

“Heng Ge, do you know where we can fish around here?” After breakfast, Shi Tian looked up at A Heng and asked. 0

Regardless of whether A Heng could fish or not, surely he knew a few fishing spots since he hung out with the Air Force! 0

“You want to go fishing? The ocean is right there; just go fish over there!” A Heng pointed casually while continuing to eat. 0

If not in the sea, they could fish in rivers or lakes. Without a boat, what was the point of going to the beach? There weren’t any crocodiles around either. 0

Shi Tian glanced at A Heng, who suddenly lost his appetite as soon as he put down his chopsticks. 0

“This place is different from back home; fishing by the rivers is dangerous,” A Heng explained. “The rivers in City are somewhat better, but you must avoid wild rivers.” 0

“There are crocodiles and hippos in the water, black mambas and green mambas in the grass, and lions and leopards too. Even mosquitoes can be dangerous; you never know which one carries malaria.” 0

Hearing this from A Heng made Shi Tian quickly retract his rod; according to what A Heng said, fishing here seemed impossible! The Air Force guys bragging about catching crocodiles must have been staged! 0

“Heng Ge, does City really have lions and crocodiles?” Shi Tian asked as he walked towards the stairs with his rod in hand, still unwilling to give up on finding out more. 0

“Well, not exactly,” A Heng replied. “If you want to fish in City, you need to go somewhere without grass—preferably under those big bridges—otherwise there might be snakes.” 0

"Let's go, I'll take you for a spin. In the past, Jun Ge and the others often fished in the river down South. I'll show you," A Heng said as he wiped his mouth and stood up. 0

As the door opened, they followed A Heng's car, but their speed was not fast. 0

Driving on the left side in a left-hand drive car felt uncomfortable; even if Shi Tian wanted to go faster, he couldn't. 0
