Chen Xuan slowly stood up. "Excuse me, could you please move aside? I need to use the restroom," he said.
"Hahaha! What a bluffing Huaxia person!" The Foreign Man laughed triumphantly, his legs firmly planted in place. He teased, "I can't move. Why don't you just crawl over?" His boisterous laughter echoed throughout the airplane.
A flicker of annoyance crossed Chen Xuan's face as he reluctantly sat back down, looking as if he didn't dare to make a fuss.
The Young Woman in front of him suddenly lost the sparkle in her eyes. Little did she know that when Chen Xuan had just sat down, the magazine in his hand had inadvertently brushed against the Foreign Man's knee, three inches below.
"Ah!" The Foreign Man suddenly yelped in pain. He quickly pulled his legs back, clutching his right knee and shouting, "It hurts! I'm in so much pain!"
"What happened?" The Flight Attendant and crew rushed over, concerned for the Foreign Man.
At this point, he was sweating profusely, his lips pale, unable to utter a word. The Flight Attendant paced back and forth anxiously but had no idea what to do.
"What should we do? What's wrong with him?"

Suddenly, someone shouted, "Is there a doctor on board who can take a look at this Foreign Friend?"
Chen Xuan suddenly stood up, raising his hand with a smile. "I am a doctor!"
"Great! Doctor, please take a look at this Foreign Friend!"
"Don't worry!" Chen Xuan replied with a faint smile, speaking softly. "Since it's a Foreign Friend, I must lend a helping hand. Otherwise, people might think we Huaxia People aren't warm-hearted."
"Yes, you're right!" The Flight Attendant beside him nodded in agreement.
Chen Xuan smiled lightly, but inside he held a disdain for the beautiful Flight Attendant. He couldn't believe she hadn't noticed the Foreign Man with his legs crossed for so long. She was simply fawning over foreigners and too timid to intervene.
Now that she saw the Foreign Man in distress, she hurried over in a panic.

Chen Xuan extended his right hand and pretended to examine the Foreign Man. He checked this and that, focusing on Ling Yun's normal areas.
The Foreign Man showed no reaction at all. The scene made the Flight Attendant extremely anxious. "How is it, Doctor? The patient is still in great pain!"

"Really! Thank you, Doctor!" The Flight Attendant's eyes lit up as she quickly bent down to attend to the Foreign Man.
Chen Xuan smiled and took a seat.
Suddenly sensing something, Chen Xuan looked up and saw the Young Woman in front of him smiling brightly, her eyes sparkling with mischief.

Chen Xuan made a gesture for silence.
The Young Woman playfully winked and turned back around.
However, it wasn't long before she passed a note back to him.
Curious, Chen Xuan opened it to find a name and a phone number written inside.
