Xu Li interrupted Natasha for the first time, standing up to retrieve the report. Natasha politely smiled and nodded at the two ladies nearby, but the sisters were too busy enjoying their watermelon, their innocent and cheerful faces leaving a significant impression on Li Yanhong, as these two little girls were simply too beautiful. 0

Both mother and child were healthy, and Anna and Eva had no issues with their health indicators; the fetal position was correct. He placed the report into Natasha's small handbag and then took out a tissue to wipe the mouths of the sisters. He kissed both of them on their foreheads and said, "Let's head home." 0

"Yes, let's go home!" Eva exclaimed joyfully as she bounced up, startling Li Yanhong and her friend. Anna fed Xu Li a piece of watermelon, while Eva offered him two pieces. Natasha watched the four of them laughing and chatting as they exited the hall. 0

Is that really the quiet little boy? The pregnant woman widened her eyes at Li Yanhong. "How old is that kid? Just look at his build; he could easily pass for ten years older. And what about those two little girls? They can't all be his, can they?" 0

Li Yanhong smiled bitterly. "Let's find a restaurant to eat while we chat." 0

"Sounds good." 0

Throughout the afternoon, Li Yanhong was caught in a dilemma. During dinner that evening, watching her husband and children laughing together made her sigh as she cleaned up the dishes. Once the kids finished their homework and returned to their rooms, she brewed two cups of tea and sat down next to Xu Haigui in the living room, handing him a cup. "I ran into Ali today." 0

"Huh? Weren't you with Director Liu's wife for her check-up today?" Xu Haigui put down his cup and turned to look at his wife. "Did he look for you?" 0

"He did..." 0

Li Yanhong bit her lip but still met her husband's gaze. "He’s going to be a father." 0

"What?" Xu Haigui jumped up from the sofa, staring seriously at his wife. "You’re not joking, are you? Did you really see him?" 0

"Sit down," Li Yanhong frowned as she pulled him back down beside her. "What good would it do me to lie? Think about it—he came back in such a hurry, asking for your household registration book and property certificate right away. He must be planning to register his child under his name. Otherwise, with his temper, would he come back without being invited?" 0

Xu Haigui lit a cigarette and took a couple of puffs before saying, "Tell me everything that happened today." 0

"Today... what? Two of them?" 0

Xu Haigui jumped up again, dropping his cigarette onto the floor. Li Yanhong picked it up and tossed it into the ashtray. "Why don’t we ask someone tomorrow? Jiang Xia's husband works at that hospital; we could ask him to help us find out." 0

"Yes, yes, yes! Call Jiang Xia right now!" 0

He plopped down on the sofa, his mind in a daze. He was only this old and he was going to be a grandfather? What the hell was going on? 0
