Anna had just returned from the recording studio, and after giving her husband a warm kiss, she urged him to prepare dinner. Xu Li quickly put on an apron and busied herself in the kitchen. The two sisters took turns filming their husband as he prepared the meal, and the three of them chatted and laughed, making the atmosphere lively.
Eva opened her mouth to bite into Sweet and Sour Ribs, her face lighting up with joy as she gave him a thumbs-up: "Delicious!"
"Why does he always give Eva food first?" Anna asked, feeling a bit uncomfortable. Xu Li handed her a piece and chuckled softly, "Because she's the younger sister."
"Alright then."
As Anna reflected on the unfairness Eva sometimes faced, her irritation quickly faded away. After all, it was she who had registered her marriage with Misha, not Eva, so it made sense for her husband to prioritize Eva.
Once three hearty dishes and three stir-fried dishes were served on the table, a humorous scene unfolded. Eva and Anna set up their phones in their respective spots to film, and Xu Li found it increasingly amusing. She took out her phone to join in: "Let me show you my amazing family! Right now, all three of us are eating while filming."
With a phone holder installed on the living room wall, they simply placed their phones in it and sat down to eat. They exchanged glances and laughed together. Each poured themselves a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and began to enjoy their meal.
The large pork knuckle in the center was divided among them; he gnawed on the bone while giving pieces of meat to Eva and Anna. As the sisters savored their meal, they remembered to share some dipped in sauce with their husband. The dinner ended in a relaxed atmosphere. Xu Li returned from the kitchen with a warmed bottle of milk, tested its temperature, then gently woke little Bai from his slumber. She inserted the nipple into his mouth while stroking his fluffy belly, feeding the little tiger cub.
The two hamsters had been well-fed yesterday, so they were sound asleep. After finishing his cigarette off-camera, he grabbed his notebook to start editing videos. Once the sisters cleaned up, he taught them how to edit and find background music along with fun images.
He then uploaded the complete audio of "Valhalla's Call," which he had registered on a music website, along with three costume change videos filmed yesterday. After that, he settled down to watch a funny zombie movie while getting up occasionally to grab some water and snacks.
Anna and Eva snuggled against Xu Li as they munched on snacks and watched the film, bursting into laughter at the comedic scenes. By the time the movie ended at nine-thirty in the evening, they tidied up the house before heading back to their bedroom to rest.
"Heroic Spirit Hall calls me!"
After watching the video, Anna noticed there were about three minutes left on the progress bar but chose to pause it instead. She began searching for that song online but found nothing across all platforms. Even on Da Mao Family's famous music cracking website, there was no trace of it.
"Wow, he really knows how to write and sing!"
