On the other side, Sera and Lilu Lu rushed to the area under siege. Originally a group of ten, only seven remained, surrounded by bloodstains and no bodies in sight. Only a few of the demons were still chewing, blood dripping from their mouths.

Sera and Lilu Lu exchanged glances before charging towards the demons from opposite sides.

The demons, still in shock, felt the murderous intent emanating from Sera and Lilu Lu as they turned to look at them.
Startled, they bolted in panic.

As they fled, the demons shouted among themselves in an attempt to alleviate the pressure that Sera and Lilu Lu had instilled in them.
Sera and Lilu Lu pointed their Nichirin blades toward the fleeing demons and took a deep breath.
"Total Concentration Water Breathing, Seventh Form: Water Drop Ripple Thrust! Qi Zhi Xing! Water Droplet Ripple Strike!"
This was the fastest technique in Water Breathing, ideal for thrusting and closing in on enemies. However, due to its relatively low power and potential for injury, practitioners of Water Breathing seldom employed it.
But Sera and Lilu Lu were different; not only had they reinforced their strikes with Creating Magic, but recently Kei Yunqing had introduced them to enchanted magic that added properties like sturdiness and sharpness.
Thus, even in their full-force confrontation, there would be no harm done.
Behind Sera and Lilu Lu, the seven people clung together, watching their backs with wide eyes. In an instant, they vanished from sight.
After a moment of astonishment, they realized that the demons in the distance had already lost their heads; those two unknown women had retracted their blades.
Sera and Lilu Lu carefully surveyed their surroundings but found no other demons. They then returned to the group of seven.
Upon closer inspection of their injuries, it was clear that they were merely superficial wounds; the most severe was a bite on one arm from a nearby demon during a swing that had torn away a large chunk of flesh.
Sera and Lilu Lu took out a small vial of Life Water and a bucket of water, pouring the Life Water into the larger container. After mixing the two, they applied the solution to their wounds and quickly bandaged them up.
For the most severe injury, Sera poured the remaining Life Water directly onto the wound before wrapping it tightly. Before long, Seven People began to feel an itch at their wounds, and they all had the urge to scratch.
It itches! Can we scratch it?
