Li Yunqing carefully observed the game world and realized that its rules were not well-defined; it was merely set on a single continent.
Flying into the sky, he discovered that the heavens were illusory, devoid of any stars. After some contemplation, he concluded that this was likely due to the background story.
Losing interest in further exploration, Li Yunqing decided to log out. He began searching for games with complete narratives and found that most of them were single-player games. Indeed, single-player games are typically bought outright and rarely receive sequels. Who would purchase an incomplete game?
He opened Genshin Impact and entered the world. As soon as he logged in, the surrounding noise enveloped him. He recalled that during his last visit to Genshin Impact, he had been in Liyue.
Looking around, he noticed people passing by, vendors calling out their wares, and patrolling guards. Naturally, some individuals took notice of Li Yunqing; after all, his attire was distinct from theirs. He noticed others glancing at him curiously but paid them no mind.
As he wandered about, he observed that the people around him were genuinely engaged in conversation, not just reciting fixed lines. Each character had their own unique appearance, expressions, and movements.
Leaving Liyue behind, Li Yunqing stepped onto a grassy field where lush green grass swayed gently in the breeze, accompanied by a faint scent of wildflowers. It truly felt like a real world.
Suddenly struck by a thought, Li Yunqing looked up at the sky and gazed at the sun. The sky of Teyvat was indeed an artificial construct—a phrase he had heard more than once. It wasn't until he witnessed it firsthand that he realized its truth. It was as if a massive dome covered all of Teyvat while the sun remained genuine.
Shaking his head, Li Yunqing decided not to dwell on it; let the travelers worry about such things. The scenery was pleasant enough for a leisurely visit now and then. He left a spatial marker before logging out.
In Teyvat, beauty can be deceptive.
After some thought, it was clear that with several girls pregnant, there couldn't be any intense battles. The combat abilities in Teyvat, aside from a few Archons, were not particularly high. It was more suitable for the girls to enjoy themselves together.
Li Yunqing found the girls in the living room and brought them to Teyvat.
"What kind of world is this?" they wondered, taking in the beautiful green grass and the fragrant flowers.
The girls were indeed a bit excited; having lived in the city for most of their lives, they longed for such neat and beautiful meadows.
"This is Teyvat, a world filled with Archons," Li Yunqing said with a smile.
"Archons? Everywhere?" The girls looked at him curiously.
The term "Archon" sounded powerful and ominous, and if they were everywhere, that must mean there were many of them.
Li Yunqing chuckled. "It’s accurate to say they are everywhere. An Archon is essentially a powerful being endowed with elemental power. Even after being defeated, their influence lingers in the land, which means they are effectively immortal."
"We are currently in Liyue, which was the region with the most Archon deaths during the War of the Archons. There may be fallen Archons around here, but their influence might not be easily observable."
The girls nodded, somewhat understanding.
Li Yunqing took them on a tour and then settled them in Liyue City, where he purchased a house for convenience.
The environment in Liyue was quite suitable for relaxation; outside the city, there were steep mountains. Li Yunqing chose the highest peak to build a house. From there, one could see the beauty of the surrounding mountains in their entirety. For access, he constructed a long staircase leading down.
Li Yunqing also set up a Transmission Array. He wanted to take his time walking down to take a look, but instead of using the stairs, he ended up teleporting. The Six Women would appear in flashes, which wasn't a big deal.
The house was naturally an old configuration, three stories tall, with a large bed and a spacious bathroom, designed to withstand wind and rain. Li Yunqing thought for a moment that having only two places with houses wasn't enough. He decided to build more beautiful houses and connect them through the Transmission Array.
The houses built in the wild were equipped with a Maze and visual illusions, making it difficult for people to see them and encouraging them to keep their distance. After completing all this, Li Yunqing felt at ease and spent time with Several Girls. The beautiful scenery, combined with the presence of his beloved ones, made for a delightful atmosphere. The mood of Several Girls was very good, and their health was thriving.
Of course, Li Yunqing and the others would still greet others. For instance, when they were not around in Liyue, they would go out together to buy groceries or shop. News of Li Yunqing's exploits as a strong man spread throughout Liyue—a man who commanded the Six Women made for quite the romantic tale.
Li Yunqing didn't make many public appearances; the people of Liyue only knew him as handsome and seemingly gentle. In reality, he was always nearby but had cast a spell to reduce his presence. He often spent time with Zhong Li.
It must be said that the two bore some resemblance to each other. Since his faked death, Rock King Emperor Zhong Li had been living leisurely, taking strolls now and then, enjoying afternoon tea, listening to books for hours, and occasionally visiting his subordinates.
Li Yunqing was similar; due to his wife’s pregnancy, he didn’t stray too far either. He would drink tea with Zhong Li while Zhong Li listened to books and he read his own. During their walks, they always found topics to discuss.
