The new wind was just born, young and unaware of its purpose when fire arrived.
Fire looked at the Little Ones and explained how its predecessors had acted. The wind listened attentively, and soon countless gentle breezes swept across the world. Through the wind, it saw everything around it, understanding what kind of wind was needed in various places.
There were many things in the world: grass, trees, monsters, and humans. However, what intrigued the wind the most was the humans; they praised the wind, which made it very happy. Seeing this, Li Yunqing felt relieved.
When something was lacking in this world, it would seek to restore balance. Perhaps the wind was just a strand of Qian Feng. Li Yunqing smiled as he watched the two who were still joyfully playing in the sky.
During the time before the players appeared, the wind took Li Yunqing and others to many places. There were mountains and oceans, forests and wastelands. During this time, Li Yunqing and his companions did not encounter any other spirits.
Spirits were akin to gods, having been born at the dawn of creation, each possessing the power to destroy worlds. Aside from Wind Spirit, who loved freedom, other spirits had their own preferences.
Earth enjoyed burrowing underground, feeling the creatures above run about; it brought him joy. Fire preferred places with high temperatures; though temperamental, he had a good heart. Water loved areas abundant with water and cherished the ocean; to her, all creatures in the water were her subjects. Wood liked to transform into an ordinary tree—perhaps one that might be cut down someday?
The wind could be said to have the most eyes across heaven and earth; wherever there was wind, she could see every corner of the world. In her boredom, she would also observe what her companions were doing.
Every spirit has its own preferences, and they all act differently. The Wind enjoys freedom, the Earth prefers tranquility, and Fire is known for its volatility.
The Wind is carefree and playful, often teasing the fiery spirit by blowing cool breezes to temper its heat. In response, Fire would chase after Wind for a while, but unable to catch up due to its slower speed, it would eventually retreat back to its beloved magma. The Wind would feel relieved that it had escaped the chase and then go on to play with other spirits, as she loved to frolic with her companions. However, her friends would only indulge her for a short time.
The Wind is a mischievous little sprite, but everyone adores her. Unlike the Wind, the other spirits pay little attention to humans, so their perception of time differs greatly from that of humanity. To them, the Wind's playful antics seem to occur only occasionally. Yet for humans, these moments represent elemental eruptions that happen once every few hundred years. The Wind, however, is aware of human needs and thus understands their concept of time. For her, causing mischief every few hundred years doesn’t seem excessive at all.
The Wind knows the needs of Li Yunqing and Li Tian Ci. Therefore, she leads them to areas where monsters are more abundant. Li Yunqing is quite adept; upon arriving at a location, he can control the aura just enough to attract all the monsters present before retracting it after their interaction. Li Tian Ci, on the other hand, struggles with control and must walk around to disperse his aura and engage with the creatures.
Before they realize it, they have arrived at the teleportation point for the First Floor.
“Dad, is this the teleportation for the First Floor?” Li Tian Ci asks curiously as he steps inside the building to take a look.
Inside stands a massive crystal that seems to reveal itself only when it detects someone’s presence.
Li Yunqing nods in acknowledgment.

Wind can go anywhere in this world!
That's good to hear. I was worried that if we went to the Second Layer, you wouldn't be able to follow us.
