What was prepared for Shi Village was a young Longhorn. Compared to an adult Longhorn, this juvenile stood only eight meters tall, which wasn't particularly impressive. Moreover, its skin had not fully developed yet, so its defenses were not very high. Its attack relied on its horns, but it was relatively slow, so dodging should be manageable.
Kei Yunqing thought for a moment; a few children working together against a juvenile Longhorn should be quite easy, right? To be safe, Kei Yunqing decided to head to the training ground in Shi Village first.
Seeing the children still training, Kei Yunqing waved them over. "Come here; I have an announcement to make."
"Huh? It's Uncle Yunqing!"
As soon as the children heard someone call out, they immediately looked over and, upon recognizing Kei Yunqing, rushed toward him. Even Kong Tianqi and the others training on the other side came over.
Once Kei Yunqing saw that everyone had gathered, he released the Longhorn. The young Longhorn had just been caught by Kei Yunqing and was now in an unfamiliar environment, feeling panicked. Its first instinct upon seeing the children was to crush these tiny creatures.
In an instant, Kei Yunqing immobilized the Longhorn, rendering it unable to move. The children curiously stared at the young Longhorn that stood there motionless. A bold child even stepped forward to touch it.
"I’ve seen this wild beast before; it's a Longhorn, but it’s smaller than the ones I’ve seen before. It must still be young!"
"A Longhorn? I heard from my Aba that they are formidable!"
"Is this one alive or dead? It seems alive; its eyes just moved!"
Kei Yunqing clapped his hands to attract the children's attention. "This is a living Young Longhorn that I specially caught for you."
The children exchanged glances, somewhat puzzled but still prepared to let Kei Yunqing finish speaking. "You’ve been training by sparring with each other, but in the future, you’ll mainly need to deal with wild beasts. So I brought you a wild beast opponent."
"Don't worry, the young Longhorns aren't that impressive in every aspect. All of you together should be able to take them down!"
After hearing Kei Yunqing's words, the children slowly stepped back.
"Is that really true, Uncle Yunqing? The hunting team led by Aba might not even succeed in taking down a Longhorn!"
"At this rate, we might not even be able to break its skin!"
The children from Shi Village were somewhat self-aware; although the Longhorn before them was young, it was still beyond their current capabilities. This Longhorn was already considered a powerful Wild Beast on the outskirts of the wilderness.
With their collective strength barely reaching a thousand pounds, how could they possibly defeat a Longhorn?
Kei Yunqing observed the retreating children from Shi Village and then glanced at his own kids, who were eager and ready for action.
"Since that's the case, let's hold off on challenging it for now. Instead, let’s have you watch Tian Qi and the others in action."
"Alright!"
While they might not be able to fight themselves, surely the geniuses could handle it! The children from Shi Village watched excitedly as Kei Yunqing smiled at their enthusiasm.
He understood their concerns; after all, they were just ordinary kids. Although they had improved their physiques somewhat through Bao Yao and Yao Yu, they couldn't compare to the talents among them.
Letting Tian Qi and Li Qinghu demonstrate would be beneficial.
Kei Yunqing first secured the training area by putting away Hei Ding and reinforcing the ground before creating a protective barrier to prevent any Wild Beasts from escaping.
"Tian Qi, you can go in first."
"Okay!"
Kong Tianqi didn’t hesitate and stepped into the center of the training ground while the other children watched from outside, where it was safer.
Seeing that Kong Tianqi was ready, Kei Yunqing released a Purple Thunder Spike he had found.
