Through the telescope, Ye Feihong observed the new Zombie Tide before him. Clearly, these Zombies were much stronger than the initial ones. However, the number of plants under Ye Feihong's command had also increased.
Having dealt with the first wave of over twenty thousand Zombies, and with the Spiritual Energy provided by the Abomination, Ye Feihong now possessed more than twenty ordinary Corn Cannons and over twenty Cabbages. While the enemy's defenses had strengthened, so too had his firepower.
What caught Ye Feihong's attention was that this wave of Dark Zombies not only featured a large number of Abominations but also several massive Mammoths. Each one towered over ten meters tall, resembling a moving mountain. With every step they took, Ye Feihong could feel the tremors they caused from miles away.
As the first batch of Armored Zombies emerged from the canyon, Ye Feihong issued another attack order. These Zombies, bolstered by enhanced defensive capabilities, were significantly stronger than the first wave. A single shot from a Corn Cannon's Pea Cannon could only take down a few Armored Zombies. Those within a ten-meter blast radius of the Pea Cannon could easily survive.
Relying solely on Corn Cannons and Cabbages was no longer sufficient to eliminate them completely. After two rounds of artillery fire from Mi Er, this group of Armored Zombies...
One third of the numbers rushed to Ye Feihong, the Farm Owner. Eight Pea Gatlings, along with a multitude of Peashooters, were firing desperately as the group of Armored Zombies continued to advance slowly.
Liu Meili exclaimed, "This is bad! The defense of this wave of Zombies is too strong; Ye Feihong is about to be overwhelmed!"
Wang Er replied, "Yes, not only is their defense strong, but their numbers are also overwhelming. Ye Feihong has done remarkably well; if it were me, my Farm Owner would have been finished long ago."
Wang Mazi reassured them, "Don't worry too much. Fei Hong has built a wall that can hold off these Zombies for a while."
"That's right," Liu Meili agreed. "With the wall, we should be able to hold them off."
Zhang San interjected, "You all seem to have forgotten that there are still over a dozen Mammoths behind them."
Everyone fell silent as they looked at the Mammoths, their massive forms resembling small mountains.
The chat room was eerily quiet, each Farm Owner contemplating what would happen if they encountered a Mammoth and how they could possibly resist such terrifying dark creatures.
In the distance, the Imperial Guard's monitoring department was also nervously watching the battlefield at Heaven Gate. They weren't worried about the Armored Zombies; they believed Ye Feihong could handle them. But how could a Primary Farm resist over a dozen Mammoths?
They considered many strategies but couldn't provide Ye Feihong with a perfect suggestion. The Defense Power of the Mammoths was even higher than that of the Abominations. Their thick skin rendered Pea Cannons ineffective, and even Missiles would struggle to breach the Mammoths' defenses.
These Dark Mammoths are nothing like the Mammoths that once roamed Blue Star during the Ice Age. Although they share the same name, they are entirely different creatures. The Mammoths on Blue Star resembled elephants in both appearance and size. In contrast, these Dark Mammoths are not only significantly larger, but their physical features are also strikingly different.
