The continuous exchange of fire persisted. It seemed that neither of the Death Stars had sustained significant damage. However, the surrounding mountains were not so fortunate.
Heaven Gate earned its name from the two towering peaks known as Northern Tian Mountain and South Tian Mountain. Between them lay a narrow canyon stretching three hundred kilometers long. Heaven Gate was situated in a small basin formed by these two mountains, with the South and North Tianshan rising over four thousand meters above sea level. Historically, this region had served as a natural barrier for the Dragon Kingdom, effectively preventing incursions from formidable foes in the west.
Ancient Central Asian powers such as the Anxi People, Dayuan, and Da Shi had all been kept at bay by Heaven Gate. Instead, they turned their attention to A San Country, which shared similar terrain but lacked robust defenses. Now, however, it was the South and North Tianshan that faced dire consequences.
These two towering mountains, each over four thousand meters high and stretching two thousand kilometers long, were currently under assault from two Super Battleships. When neither of the Super Battleships could eliminate their opponent with a single strike, they began maneuvering within the Tianshan range, relentlessly firing their cannons at each other.
In motion, not every shot from the Pea Cannon could find its mark. The numerous peaks began to bear the brunt of the Super Battleships' bombardment. Each Pea Cannon round carried ten points of energy. Such destructive power was evident against the mountains of Blue Star, instilling an overwhelming sense of terror in those who witnessed it. Each missed shot from the Pea Cannon echoed through the valleys.
A massive peak was obliterated in the South and North Tianshan region. The terrain near Heaven Gate began to undergo tremendous changes due to the brutal battle. Countless mountains were destroyed, and large boulders tumbled down from great heights, filling the valleys below.
Huang Youfu observed this scene and remarked, "We managed to escape far enough; otherwise, we would surely have perished here."
Li Si, who had always been bold, now felt a pang of guilt. "I think we haven't retreated far enough," he said.
They had flown over a hundred kilometers away from Heaven Gate. After more than an hour of flight, they had been moving continuously. Jiao Ying could have flown faster, but they were reluctant to leave behind the precious plants they had painstakingly gathered. The Bamboo Dragonfly's flying speed was only a little over two hundred kilometers per hour. They had exerted themselves for two hours and had barely covered more than a hundred kilometers.
However, witnessing the destructive power of two Super Battleships made them realize the danger they were still in. If they were hit by a single shot from a Pea Cannon, they could still face death.
Lu Xiaoman suggested, "Let’s head towards South Tian Mountain and cross it; we can use World Roof as our defense." This proposal gained the agreement of the other Mountain Farm Owners.
In such a terrifying battlefield, if they could survive safely, it would be considered a victory. As for Ye Feihong's safety, they no longer had the capacity to concern themselves with it. If Ye Feihong won, Blue Star Humanity would still be alive.
If Ye Feihong loses, Blue Star Humanity will face annihilation. Not to mention the Zerg Queen Kerrigan, even the Hyborean could easily sweep across the entire Blue Star.
Both sides seem unable to do anything to each other. However, a significant depletion of resources is already underway. The energy within the Hyborean is not infinite, even if it is a high-level Death Star. Similarly, Ye Feihong's Gigantic Ford does not possess unlimited energy either.
