Reiner was not boasting about himself; among all the wizards of the All Continent, he considered himself to be in the top three when it came to the study and mastery of Lei Su's magic. No wizard dared to claim they were ahead of him. Yet, it was precisely this confidence that allowed Reiner to understand better than any other wizard just how precious the knowledge of Thunder Magic contained within this book truly was!
His current feelings were akin to those of the world's greatest swordsman, undefeated in battle, who suddenly encounters a deity and witnesses that deity slice off a mountain peak with a single strike. If he had to describe the value of the knowledge in this book, Reiner felt that at eighteen, his perspective had been limited, like a frog at the bottom of a well gazing up at the moon; now, he felt like a mayfly seeing the vast sky for the first time.
This is why Reiner believed that there might indeed be a door in the world that concealed all mysteries and truths. Otherwise, there would be no way to explain how such a young Xu Lie could develop this kind of magical knowledge! In just a few hours, Reiner had transformed from a skeptic into a fervent believer in the Truth Gate. There was no denying it; knowledge does not deceive. The allure of Thunder Magic contained within this book was simply too great for Reiner to resist.
Xu Lie had long anticipated such questions from Reiner. In his previous life within Script World, he would never have wasted time on someone like Reiner. The truths of the world are limited, yet human creativity is boundless. This allows for the inclusion of this brand-new truth as a contribution, granting temporary access to it.
The methods are few, yet simple and clear. Reiner understood completely; the first method was nearly impossible to achieve. To accomplish it would take at least several hundred years, if not a thousand. Even a millennium later, humanity might not be able to fully realize it.
The real hope lay in the second method: creating an entirely new truth! Reiner looked at Xu Lie in disbelief; at that moment, he felt as if he were witnessing a mayfly encountering the vast sky, utterly astonished. His gaze upon Xu Lie was not one of looking at a human but rather at a prodigy: "You... you created an entirely new truth?"
Xu Lie nodded calmly and nonchalantly, showing no sign of pride. "I have created a Meditation Method. It can enable ordinary people to become magicians."
