As the wind began to pick up, they initially thought it was just a practice session. However, as the gusts intensified, constricting their throats and making it increasingly difficult to breathe, they realized the terrifying nature of Wind Binding.
They had no way of detecting this ambush spell in advance. With their breathing restricted, the students instinctively raised their hands to struggle, but it was futile. Human hands could not even grasp sand, let alone an invisible breeze.
Just as Charles dispelled the magic in time, he added, "See? If you still wish to maintain your so-called grace and mystery while fighting, know that in the first second of combat, you would have already been killed by your enemy."
"Remember this: in battle, you must use any means necessary. If you can ambush, then do so; fight dirty if you must. Winning is all that matters. Losing a battle and your life is a void—meaningless."
