If he wanted to create chaos as a villain, he needed to be a nuanced one. A lowly villain shows their ugly face openly and is simply detestable, adding little excitement to the story. A sophisticated villain often has lofty ideals and a tragic backstory—both pitiable and hateful.
From the moment he first saw the script, Xu Lie had resolved to try and change the inhumane Marriage Law within the Script World. Wasn't this villain's goal noble enough? He was fighting for love and freedom in the Script World for humanity!
Adding a tragic backstory of seeking revenge for his sister, how could he possibly worry about not earning enough Payment?
Xu Lie and Lu Youyou—perfect! They were just what he needed.
The middle-aged homeroom teacher stood outside the building, feeling relieved when he saw staff escorting two students out. He gestured for them to stay in the open space nearby while repeatedly thanking the staff.
On the nearby open ground, members of Xu Lie's class gathered, all eyes focused on Xu Lie and Lu Youyou, particularly on their intertwined hands.

The classmates quickly turned their heads away, sneaking glances at Lin Yuanliang's expression.
