"Really!" Yu Songyu said without a hint of hesitation.

Watching Yu Songyu and her friends leave, Captain Wang pondered to himself. This girl is quite impressive. I wonder if she has found the right one, and whether my foolish apprentice has the fortune to deserve her!
“Captain, where is Miss Yu?” The sudden appearance of the Young Officer startled Captain Wang.
Captain Wang shot him a glare and shook his head.
Sigh, it seems I’m overthinking this. This clueless kid really doesn’t deserve someone like Miss Yu! Captain Wang sighed deeply, feeling a bit regretful.
“Hmph, she left long ago!” Captain Wang replied angrily, looking as if he was frustrated with his apprentice's shortcomings.
“Oh? If she’s gone, then let her go. Why get upset about it?” The Young Officer didn’t understand his master’s feelings. Once Captain Wang walked away, he dared to mumble quietly to himself.
Didn’t he just achieve something great? Why is his master still angry?
Yu Songyu took Bai Jie out of the police station. After some thought, she decided it would be safer to send Bai Jie to her grandparents first. With her new identity in Era and her quest for revenge, she might not have much time to spend with Bai Jie.

After safely delivering Bai Jie into her family’s hands, Yu Songyu went straight into her space and collapsed onto the bed.

"Well, I can’t argue with you. I’m just not planning to stay here any longer. Don’t turn off the lights; it scares me!"
"Right, a vegetative state, huh? They hired a master for that?" Yu Songyu raised an alluring smile; she was curious to meet this master.
Teleporting to the hall, she discovered that various formations had indeed been set up throughout the room, with talismans covered in runes plastered everywhere.
Yu Songyu casually picked up an antique vase from the table. Just as she was about to smash it on the floor, she suddenly felt it would be a waste.
So instead, using the faint light from outside, she swept through the room and collected all the valuable items, storing them away in her space. Not a single piece of expensive furniture or decor was left behind.
