"Let's go home," Yu Suihuan said as he took the flowerpot from Yang Qinghe's hands.
On the way, Yu Suihuan chattered away, introducing the spatial situation to Wang Zhaoran. By evening, the little grass was placed on the dining table, and everyone in the space had gathered.
They could hardly believe it was real and finally concluded that it must be due to the abundant spiritual energy of the mountain that Wang Zhaoran had such a miraculous encounter.
"Let's raise our glasses together and celebrate Wang Zhaoran's return!"
Cheers erupted as everyone raised their glasses and downed their drinks in one go.
"Are you sure this is a celebration for my return and not a deliberate torment? Look at this entire table of dishes; which one can I eat?"
The crowd exchanged glances, realizing that Wang Zhaoran was just a little grass now, unable to consume any of the delicious food laid out before them.
Yu Suihuan chuckled awkwardly and quickly stepped forward to pick up the flowerpot. "You all eat first; I'll take Wang Zhaoran to... um, bask in the moonlight!"
"Hey! Xiao Huan!"
Yang Qinghe intended to get up and join Yu Suihuan but was pulled back by Wang Jianjun beside him.
"Yang Qinghe, today is a happy day; let's have a drink together! I never expected we could live like this!"
"Yeah, it's truly unimaginable!"
Before Yang Qinghe could respond, Zheng Chengxiu chimed in, "This place is really amazing; even Wang Zhaoran can come here!"
The three of them shared their sentiments and raised their glasses once more, drinking it all down.
While the adults enjoyed their meal at the table, Xiao Wa and the other children played on mats nearby with various fruits and toys.
Yu Suihuan's two children were still very young, only a few months old. After playing for a while, one of them fell asleep while being held, clutching a banana that was nearly as long as they were.
Li Xiuzhen's two children, Sheng and Sui, who were slightly older, sat nearby stacking blocks. The blocks were made of colorful crystals, and they looked absolutely stunning!
Xiao He, being even older, scoffed at playing with the little ones; she preferred to sunbathe with dried fruits of all kinds.
Recently, I have developed a fondness for making desserts. The things I create turn out quite well, and I feel like I have some talent for it. Xiao He served the freshly made desserts for everyone to taste.
"Xiao He, your skills are really impressive! They are delicious!"
"Xiao He, this is great! We won't need to buy desserts anymore!"
Hearing everyone's praise, Xiao He felt a warm glow inside. She had never felt so happy and fulfilled before; being needed by everyone brought her immense joy.
Zhao Lianzhi watched her daughter grow and felt a wave of emotion, nearly bringing tears to her eyes.
The little grass, unable to move freely without feet, felt anxious. For days, it had been pleading with Yu Suihuan to take it out for a stroll. Of course, its flowerpot had been happily replaced with a blue one.
Perhaps it had been too long since it last spoke; Yu Suihuan felt that this time Wang Zhao Ran had become quite chatty. The two wandered around the space while chatting about plans for their surroundings and discussing recent events or new discoveries. They were inseparable—one person and one plant.
A day or two was fine, but as time passed, Yang Qinghe began to feel a bit weary of it all.
"Are you here?"
"Yes!"
"Did you have a good chat?"
"Yes! We talked today about finding teachers for the kids; there’s so much to learn, we can’t let it go to waste! What about you? Have you eaten? Are you hungry?"
"Yes, a little. By the way, I asked Xiao Jie to buy some flower fertilizer but forgot to tell Wang Zhao Ran!"
"You eat first; I'll go deliver it!"
"Alright!"
"By the way, Xiao Huan!"
"Hmm?"
"You’re just a young girl running around with a flowerpot all day; your hands must be sore! How about this: starting tomorrow, I’ll take Wang Zhao Ran along while working. That way, it won’t feel lonely with someone to talk to!"
