After Chen Chongchong left, Ni Xingyi stomped her foot in anger and threw the design draft she was holding onto the ground. Jiang Lu and Qin Xusha hurried to pick it up.
Ni Xingyi walked over to the chair and picked up the entry ticket that Chen Chongchong had left behind. She glanced at it and a bitter smile appeared on her lips.
With a sharp tear, Ni Xingyi ripped the ticket into shreds and tossed it into the trash can.
“Xing Yi, we can always find another place. I don’t think this one is that great either,” Qin Xusha comforted her.
“That’s the only option left, but it will definitely be delayed. Jiang Lu, you should enjoy your time in Europe a bit longer and model for me next weekend,” Ni Xingyi said with a wry smile.
“No need to delay; let’s do it tomorrow night. That woman just said she’s hosting a fashion show at Lirenni Garden tomorrow afternoon, so you can have your show there tomorrow night as well,” Jiang Chen suddenly interjected.
“Mr. Jiang, that won’t work. Hosting a fashion show at Lirenni requires prior application. I appreciate your kindness, but I’ll handle this myself,” Ni Xingyi said with a grateful smile towards Jiang Chen, politely declining his offer.
“Miss Ni, my sister is your model; it’s her first time modeling, and she deserves to stand on the best runway. Since there’s a better venue available, why didn’t you mention it sooner? It’s settled then—tomorrow night at seven, Lirenni Garden will be your exclusive show,” Jiang Chen said with a grin.
Ni Xingyi wanted to say something more, but Qin Xusha pulled her back. She initially thought Jiang Chen wouldn’t bother with such a small matter, but since he had stepped in, it seemed like everything would be fine.
Forget about Lirenni Garden; even if Jiang Chen suggested holding the fashion show on the moon, Qin Xusha would believe him.
“Xing Yi, just listen to Mr. Jiang,” Qin Xusha smiled.
“But—”
“No buts! You have to trust Mr. Jiang; he never jokes around. If Chen Chongchong can have an exclusive show at Lirenni Garden, why can’t you?” Qin Xusha said confidently.
“Well, if it’s possible to rent Lirenni Garden, how much will it cost? I’ll cover it,” Ni Xingyi felt a surge of anticipation and decided not to decline any further as she expressed her gratitude.
“The cost isn’t necessary; just give Xiao Lu the outfits you prepared for her runway,” Jiang Chen replied with a smile.
“I will definitely give her the clothes, but I still need to pay you,” Ni Xingyi insisted.
“Let’s talk about that after your show is over,” Jiang Chen chuckled.
Ni Xingyi nodded and then rented a venue at a hotel near Lirenni Garden for rehearsals. Jiang Chen made a phone call to Jon Delson; arranging this was naturally easy for Jon.
In the afternoon, Jiang Chen, Jiang Lu, and Qin Xusha went sightseeing around some attractions in Paris.
"By the way, Brother, Ma'erka is having a concert in Paris tonight. Let's go check it out!" Around four in the afternoon, after touring Notre-Dame Cathedral, Jiang Lu suddenly said.
"Who is Ma'erka?" Jiang Chen asked.
