"Don't say it's a level leader; even if it's just a level, he can handle it."
Lu Ziye glanced back at the few people behind him. The three of them stood frozen, no longer advancing, simply exchanging looks with one another.
"I thought you all weren't interested in the mission since you took so long to arrive. So, I had to take action by myself. Next, I'm going to take down the Mechanical Domain. You three wouldn't suddenly want to join in and share the spoils, would you?" Lu Ziye said with a smile.
The leader, Bob, responded enthusiastically, "This young brother is exceptionally skilled. Since you have the ability to handle this alone, we won't interfere. However, as allies, we would like to observe how you take on the Mechanical Domain. We can learn something from it, and we’re also here to protect our ally. If you need support, we certainly won't stand by idly."
"Yes, yes! The Mechanical Beast is a common enemy. Since we've all accepted this mission, if you can't handle it, we can step in. We're here already; we can't let it go to waste," Mo Sang chimed in with equal enthusiasm.
Lu Ziye nodded appreciatively, "Thank you for your concern!"
These people were practically wearing their intentions on their faces; their acting was too poor.
Lu Ziye chose to ignore them and headed deeper into the nest. The other three exchanged glances and followed closely behind.
At the bottom of the Mechanical Nest, Lu Ziye finally encountered the Mechanical Domain. It resembled a giant creature akin to a stick insect, with its segmented body appearing almost bottled up.
The two foremost Mechanical Arms stood like weapons raised high, resembling the forelimbs of a mantis, alerting Lu Ziye of his approach.
On its back was an unknown multi-barreled cannon that looked impressively powerful.
Without hesitation, Lu Ziye charged forward, too lazy to use his Wu Yan; he engaged directly in melee combat with the creature instead and deliberately slowed his attack speed significantly.
In just over a second, red energy surged forth as a powerful energy sword light engulfed the Energy Shells fired by the Mechanical Domain while clashing against its limbs with tremendous roaring sounds.
The spectators from afar were taken aback.
[Squad Channel: Bob: This kid may be arrogant, but his strength is indeed formidable—over a second is extremely rare.]
[Squad Channel: Xiao Bi Zai Zai Zi: The melee Wu Yan he uses has a base attack speed that can slice in seconds. This means his Machine Soul is even more powerful than a level Hundredfold Attack Speed—terrifying.]
[Squad Channel: Mo Sang: This person is arrogant and strong; if we don't eliminate him now, he will become a significant threat later. Captain, should we take action?]

Lu Ziye had no idea what they were discussing. He was genuinely feeling uncomfortable; suppressing both his attack speed and energy intensity to such low levels was incredibly frustrating and challenging.
At that moment, Lu Ziye couldn't help but mutter to himself: "Are you guys ever going to make a move? You have no guts at all! If you don’t act soon, I’ll finish off the Mechanical Domain myself—fine then; I’ll leave an opening."
In the next moment, while entangled with the Mechanical Domain, Lu Ziye was unexpectedly swept by its forelimb and sent flying several meters away. He was utterly astonished as he exclaimed:
His close combat skills were formidable. At that moment, he activated the combat footage of his mech. Behind him, Bob, drawing from his extensive combat experience, reached a decisive conclusion: the time had come! He shouted and charged forward, "Brothers, I'm here to help you!"
Xiao Bi Zai Zai Zi declared, "Annihilate this beast!"
Mo Sang added, "A mere Mechanical Domain, meet your end!"
The three of them surged forward, their attacks encompassing both Lu Ziye and the Mechanical Domain. Lu Ziye felt a surge of joy in his heart as he silently raised his right arm, aiming the Superconducting Kinetic Cannon. In an instant, a barrage was unleashed.
