In the vast expanse of Beast Mountain and Beast Sea, Lu Ziye stood as the only testament to humanity amidst the chaos of laser beams and sword energy. Alone, he piloted his mech, pushing against the tide, darting in and out with relentless determination.
Surrounded by the dense swarm of Beast Tide, the silhouette of the Raider Mech was nearly swallowed whole. Only the occasional flash of laser piercing through the bodies of Mechanical Beasts into the sky confirmed that Lu Ziye was still alive. Such a terrifying scene was something no other Mechanic had ever experienced.
With every passing second, Lu Ziye grew stronger. With each moment that passed, he responded to the charging Mechanical Beasts with even more ferocious firepower. After reaching Extreme Overload, his attack speed multiplied exponentially, elevating his level to new heights.
Around him rose mounds of steel wreckage, remnants of Mechanical Beasts that had fallen to his might. The piles resembled small mountains, a testament to the countless foes he had vanquished. The slaughter seemed endless; yet, the Mechanical Beasts could not breach his defenses.
The energy from the Star Gate trembled violently as numerous Starry Beasts emerged, charging towards Lu Ziye. He remained steadfast; whether they were Mechanical Beasts or Starry Beasts, he treated them all equally. Sword light and lasers surged forth in a torrent.
A thunderous roar filled the air as the Starry Beasts unleashed massive Energy Missiles into the sky, each one towering like a giant tree. More astonishingly, one of the Starry Beasts combined its energy blasts in mid-air to form a colossal missile measuring several meters long—a Dragon Length missile.
The energy radiating from this massive missile would leave even experts from the Dragon Rising Legion in awe. Is this your bond? Lu Ziye mused, suspecting that this giant missile must embody some profound meaning of both Starry Beasts and Mechanical beings.
Feeling slightly intimidated, Lu Ziye steeled himself. He wasn't sure how powerful this weapon truly was, but he knew he couldn't afford to underestimate it. As the giant missile completed its fusion and surged with energy, it turned its trajectory directly toward him at hypersonic speeds.
What a slow missile! Lu Ziye shouted as he swiftly maneuvered his Raider Mech backward. The Longyin and Laser Cannons fired simultaneously as he retreated, targeting the massive missile.
Lu Ziye's confidence in facing the Purple Zone Beast Tide stemmed from his speed; if he couldn't overpower them, at least he could outrun them. The Laser Cannons sliced through several flying Mechanical Beasts before bombarding the giant missile with relentless strikes. A violent shockwave rippled across its surface.
To his surprise, it withstood his barrage! Lu Ziye could unleash a Laser Cannon shot every second along with Energy Sword Qi attacks. Yet this missile endured his onslaught and continued its relentless pursuit toward him.
Lu Ziye maintained his speed in sync with the Energy Missile, keeping both parties relatively stationary, with little change in distance between them. This state was more convenient for combat.
Being able to withstand the seconds was indeed terrifying. Lu Ziye silently gave a thumbs up to the Starry Beast. However, during the third second of the attack, the massive Energy Missile could no longer hold together; it disintegrated in mid-air and exploded. The tremendous force of the explosion even obliterated a large number of Mechanical Beasts below.
It seemed that Lu Ziye's performance far exceeded what these Starry Beasts had imagined. They roared in anger, but to Lu Ziye, their cries sounded more like impotent rage.
Why roar so loudly?
One Starry Beast actually shouted at a distance of several meters from Lu Ziye, and he swiftly retaliated with a slash.
Boom! Boom! Boom! A sharp Energy Sword Qi surged forth like a golden dragon, piercing through the air.
