Upon his first realization of the existence of the Law, Mo Wen felt a surge of joy, yet he was also filled with questions. He pondered deeply but could not find answers to the doubts in his heart, so he decided to consult Old Lu. 0

“Old Lu, during this experience, I discovered that many Laws of Power exist, but they are unevenly distributed. Why is that? Additionally, how many Laws are there in this world?” Mo Wen expressed his confusion by the fire pit, feeling restless until he could clarify these uncertainties. 0

“The Law is omnipresent, yet it varies in intensity, much like Lingqi. In some places, it is dense and conducive to cultivation, while in others it is thin and detrimental. Some areas have gentle Lingqi, while others are chaotic; the same applies to the Law. For instance, the Fire Principle here is more concentrated than what you feel sitting on that stump, while the Wood Law on your stump is higher than that in the fire pit. As for how many Laws of Power exist, no one can say for certain. This world is profoundly mysterious; who can fully comprehend its intricacies? Even those legendary Creator Deities likely cannot grasp how many Laws there truly are.” 0

“So, if I am in a place rich in Fire Principle, it will be easier to sense it, while by the water’s edge I would sense the Water Principle more readily. It seems that sensing different Laws of Power is most efficient in their corresponding locations. Is my understanding correct?” Mo Wen articulated his comprehension. 0

“Indeed,” Old Lu affirmed. “That is why the Old Man encouraged you to seek deeper insights. The Warrior Stage primarily relies on practice; after entering the Transcendence Realm, further progress relies more on understanding. If one does not reach a certain level of insight, they cannot advance; otherwise, there wouldn’t be those who sit in seclusion for hundreds or thousands of years.” 0

“Old Xie Lu, I understand now.” Mo Wen resolved to seek out places rich in Law to gain more insights; it could only benefit him. He decided to first head to Gourd Mouth for enlightenment, as it lay beside Dahe and was likely the area with the most concentrated Water Principle. 0

Sitting cross-legged on a large rock, he circulated his Kung Fu and focused his mind on perceiving. He felt surrounded by the Water Principle—the softness of water and the vitality of rivers stemmed from these Laws. The ever-changing forms and states sparked new questions within him: Could this Law of Power change according to need? Would other Laws of Power behave similarly? Could changes in Time Law control the flow of time? Could variations in Space Power create new spaces? Realizing he had drifted off track, he gathered his focus again to seriously contemplate the infinite transformations of the Water Principle. 0

Eventually, he moved beneath a waterfall and sat down, allowing the cascading water to pound against him. There he experienced another aspect of the Water Principle’s transformation. 0

Standing by Dahe and watching the ceaseless flow of the river while recalling the calm surface of a lake made him ponder: if he could fully comprehend all the Laws of Power available to him, perhaps he wouldn’t need to cultivate at all—he could spend every day simply gaining insights into the Laws. This thought left him perplexed. After calming himself and adjusting his breath, he decided to consult Old Lu once more. 0

“Old Lu,” he began, “I have been contemplating the Water Principle these past few days, but I’ve encountered a problem: this Law of Power changes endlessly. If I continue down this path of understanding, I might end up doing nothing else—I could spend my entire life immersed in contemplation.” 0
