Park Bucheng stood in the abandoned factory's Command Room, his gaze sweeping over the densely marked map. The recent battle against the Gangsters and the Gang Stronghold had showcased his skills with Graceful Wave Steps and Dragon Subduing Eighteen Palms, forcing the coalition of the prosecutor's office and the Chaebol to retreat. However, he knew deep down that this victory was merely a temporary respite. The Chaebol's influence was like a gnarled tree; to uproot it completely, they needed to take decisive action.
"This is getting interesting," he smirked, a dangerous glint flickering in his eyes.
Li Zhenghao stood nearby, his expression one of reluctance and gloom. Although he respected Park Bucheng's abilities, he could not accept being overshadowed by a younger man. Especially in such a life-and-death situation, he felt his authority was being challenged.
"Are you really sure about going to Jiangnan District? That's the Chaebol's stronghold," Li Zhenghao said coldly. "This operation is no joke; if we fail, we won't even have a chance to recover."
Park Bucheng ignored his doubts and turned to the three team members standing behind him—Kim Tae Hee, Li Junxi, and Choi Soo Jin. They were all elites within the Gangsters, each with their strengths, and they were his trump cards for this mission.
"Jiangnan District's Taiji Consortium and Gang Stronghold are at the core of their next plan," Park Bucheng said slowly. "We need to obtain the 'Clearing Operation' plan targeting the Gangsters and find evidence of their collusion with the America Nation Forces. This is the only way to turn the tide."
Kim Tae Hee nodded; she was the team's intelligence expert, skilled in hacking. She spoke softly, "I've located the Gang Stronghold; it's disguised as a luxury apartment building. The internal security system is very tight; we need to proceed with caution."
Li Junxi patted the small explosives pack hanging at his waist and grinned, "Don't worry; with me around, even iron walls can be blown open."
Choi Soo Jin clenched her fists; she was the team's combat expert—calm and decisive. "Once we start the operation, I'll handle the patrols while you focus on the mission objectives."
Park Bucheng nodded in satisfaction. "Good. Everyone get ready; we're moving out tonight."

In the early hours of dawn, Jiangnan District was ablaze with lights, the neon signs of luxury apartments contrasting sharply with the dim alleys surrounding them. Park Bucheng led his team as they lay in ambush in an abandoned warehouse near the apartments. He squinted as he observed the movements of patrol personnel outside; those well-trained mercenaries moved like ghosts—silent yet exuding an aura of danger.
"Be careful of the infrared surveillance," Kim Tae Hee whispered, her notebook screen displaying the data stream from the apartment's security system.
"Leave it to me," Park Bucheng said with a slight smirk. He sprang forward like an arrow released from a bow, darting towards the perimeter of the apartment. Utilizing his Graceful Wave Steps, he navigated effortlessly between the infrared cameras, moving like a ghost. He glided close to the ground at times and leaped onto walls at others, each movement precise and breathtaking.
"Boss, this COS Monk is too cool!" Li Junxi couldn't help but exclaim softly.
Minutes later, Park Bucheng successfully infiltrated the apartment's interior, with the team members following closely behind. They quickly entered an empty room, where Kim Tae Hee took over the internal surveillance system. Her fingers flew over the keyboard, and in less than two minutes, she cracked the system password, transmitting the layout and personnel distribution information to each member's device.
"There’s a hidden chamber on the third floor of the main building," Kim Tae Hee pointed at a marker on the screen. "That should be where our target is."
"Let’s go!" Park Bucheng ordered decisively, and the team sprang into action. However, just a few steps out of the room, they encountered patrolling personnel head-on. The opposing team was numerous and well-equipped, looking formidable.
Choi Soo Jin charged out without hesitation, her movements as agile as a leopard. Each punch and kick was swift and precise. One mercenary attempted to aim his gun at her but was sent flying by her side kick, losing his weapon in the process. Another mercenary lunged at her but was met with an elbow strike to the face, knocking him out cold.
"Sister Xiu Zhen is fierce!" Li Junxi couldn't help but shout as he drew his dagger to join the fight. His movements were quick and accurate, each strike aimed at critical points of their enemies, perfectly complementing Choi Soo Jin's attacks. In no time, the team had dealt with all the patrolling personnel.

With a clear path ahead, the team finally arrived at the door of the hidden chamber on the third floor. Park Bucheng carefully examined the lock structure before pulling out a slender steel wire from his pocket. With practiced elegance, he began to pick the lock. In less than half a minute, there was a soft click, and the door swung open.
Inside the dimly lit chamber stood neatly arranged filing cabinets and electronic equipment. Kim Tae Hee quickly began scanning documents and downloading data while Park Bucheng rifled through paper files. He soon discovered a document labeled "Clearing Operation," detailing plans for eliminating Gangster forces by Chaebol and secret agreements for economic expansion in collaboration with America Nation Forces.
"Just as I suspected," Park Bucheng sneered. "These bastards have been planning to uproot us all along while seeking to sell out our country for their own gain."
However, just as they were preparing to retreat, a hurried sound of footsteps echoed from the stairwell. Kim Tae-wook led a team of elite mercenaries, blocking the passage. His sharp gaze fixed on Park Bucheng. "You really have guts! Dare to invade our Gang Stronghold?"
"Watch out for ambush!" Choi Soo Jin whispered, taking a combat stance. Meanwhile, Li Junxi quickly set up explosives, readying for their escape.
Kim Tae-wook sneered and waved his hand. "Don't rush; I'll play with you myself." Before he finished speaking, he charged at Park Bucheng, and the two clashed in an instant!
Kim Tae-wook was robust, his mastery of hard qigong formidable. Each attack struck with tremendous force, like a hammer hitting Park Bucheng. In contrast, Park Bucheng used Graceful Wave Steps to evade nimbly while searching for a chance to counterattack. However, his opponent's strength was overwhelming; several attempts to strike were easily deflected by Kim Tae-wook, and he narrowly avoided being hit in return.
"Is that all you've got?" Kim Tae-wook mocked. "You're dead today!"
"Sorry to disappoint you," Park Bucheng replied suddenly, changing tactics with a Dragon Subduing Eighteen Palms aimed directly at Kim Tae-wook's chest! The force of the palm wind roared past like an enraged dragon, pushing Kim Tae-wook back several steps. Yet he merely grunted and did not fall, demonstrating the resilience of his hard qigong.
The two engaged in fierce combat for dozens of rounds, the entire floor resonating with booming sounds as their battle resembled a clash of dragons and tigers, leaving onlookers dumbfounded. Just then, Li Junxi completed setting the explosives and shouted, "Boss! Retreat!"
Seizing the opportunity, Park Bucheng executed Graceful Wave Steps to slip through a gap while using one last palm strike to push Kim Tae-wook back. He led his team swiftly away as the explosion erupted behind them, blocking their pursuers and buying them precious time.

After safely arriving at the warehouse, the team began sorting through the information they had gathered. Looking at the evidence exposing the collusion between Chaebols and America, as well as the extermination plan targeting Gangsters, everyone's expression turned grave. This war had only just begun; they needed to formulate a counter-strategy quickly or face dire consequences.
However, Park Bucheng revealed a meaningful smile. "The real show is just beginning. This time, I will make them understand what despair truly means."
