"Indeed, you have reached the peak of the Heavenly Unity Realm. Just solidify your Realm a bit more, and you can challenge the Transcendence Stage," Old Lu remarked without much thought, merely sensing Mo Wen's Realm.
In the following days, Mo Wen focused on stabilizing his Realm while practicing his swordsmanship. His Soft and Fluffy Fist had become a fixed habit; aside from his training, the first thing he did every morning was practice his punches.
"Mo, you have now fully attained the Warrior Stage. Prepare yourself to enter the next Transcendence Stage of the Golden Body Realm," Old Lu said one night by the fire pit. An old man, a young boy, and a dog sat on tree stumps; Xiao Hei no longer lay on the ground but instead perched on a stump.
"Please guide me, Old Lu," Mo Wen said, knowing that Old Lu was about to explain the Golden Body Realm to him. However, Old Lu shifted his focus.
"There are some things you should know now."
"Is it about my origins?!" Mo Wen exclaimed with excitement. At eleven years old, he still had no recollection of his past.
"Alas! The mystery of your origins is something you will have to explore for yourself in time. What I want to discuss with you tonight is this world," Old Lu said, looking sorrowful as he gazed at the night sky. Seeing Old Lu's expression, Mo Wen realized that the old man was putting on an act.
"Compared to my origins, I don't care much about what this world is like."
"Hey, you've grown some guts, haven't you? You know nothing about this world. If you were out there, you'd be a complete fool. How will you navigate the martial world and become a renowned Cook?" Old Lu could no longer maintain his facade and jumped up, pointing at Mo Wen.
"Then please enlighten me, Old Lu," Mo Wen replied with a respectful bow, playing along with Old Lu's performance.
"Now that's more like it! Allow me to tell you slowly." After taking a sip of wine, Old Lu began his animated storytelling.
"Today we have three factions: humans, beasts, and spirits, all vying for dominance..." Old Lu spoke for two hours without pause about this world. Naturally, he also shared tales of his own adventures and legends he had left behind in the martial world.
This world is vast and consists of many continents separated by boundless oceans. It is said that the oceans are interconnected while these continents float like islands upon the water. There are differing accounts of how many continents exist, but it is certain that many areas remain unexplored by humans; perhaps those who love adventure ventured into unknown territories but never returned. Although humans are numerous in this world, they remain relatively weak compared to other races such as demons, elves, and the Feather Tribe. These races have their own civilizations and methods of refining their bodies; some interact with humans while others reside in secluded corners of the world. Regardless of race, everyone faces a common threat: the Chimera. They exist almost everywhere, and various races merely strive to survive in their midst.
Humans categorize known continents into Human Continent, Demon Continent, Elf Continent, and Feather Tribe Continent. The Human Continent is further divided into Cang Yun, Zi Yun, Liu Yun, Bai Yun, and Nakanos—five vast lands where humans gather. Each continent is so expansive that an ordinary warrior could not traverse one in their lifetime. The immense ocean between these continents is dominated by Demon Beasts and Chimeras; countless unknown Demon Beasts and Chimeras inhabit those waters. Humans have little understanding of them; even Old Lu would only flee upon encountering certain Chimeras or Demon Beasts. While there are some islands in the ocean where human activity occurs, these islands are typically located near the coasts of the continents.
