The gap between Cultivators will further widen in the Qi Binding Realm. While the differences in previous Realms were primarily about who could endure more punishment, in the Qi Binding Realm, the distinction lies in whose explosive power and endurance are stronger. In this Realm, some Cultivators form smaller Dan Cores, while others create larger ones, akin to the difference between wild fruits and nuts. Additionally, the expansion of Dan Tian varies; some Cultivators may only expand it slightly, while others can double its capacity. 0

Old Lu warned Mo Wen not to underestimate these differences. The size of the Dan Core and the cumulative capacity of Dan Tian can lead to disparities among Cultivators that reach dozens of times. A well-trained Cultivator in the Qi Binding Realm can fight beyond their level, while those who are less capable may find themselves at the bottom of this Realm, easily defeated by Golden Body Realm Cultivators. The root cause of such disparities is the accumulation of differences from previous Realms. Some Cultivators realize the vast gap upon reaching this Realm and wish to start over, but it is too late for regrets. This gap will continue to accumulate in subsequent Realms. 0

As for Mo Wen, his primary concern was how far he could go. Previously, during the Warrior Stage, he had been able to fight beyond his level; in the Refining Qi Realm, he killed a Toe Bear with a combat power equivalent to a mid-stage Heavenly Unity Realm warrior—this was a difference of one and a half Realms. However, Old Lu told him that while fighting beyond his level was certainly possible for him, replicating his previous feat of defeating an opponent one and a half Realms higher would be unlikely. After all, as one progresses through the Realms, the power gaps become larger and fighting beyond one's level becomes increasingly difficult. Two or three Refining Qi Realm Warriors could take down a Heavenly Unity Realm martial artist, while ten Golden Body Realm Cultivators would struggle to defeat a Qi Binding Realm Cultivator. As for how far Mo Wen could reach, Old Lu simply said he would find out in due time. 0

After hearing Old Lu's words, Mo Wen felt even more anxious. He had never experienced combat against other humans; Demon Beasts lacked the intelligence and combat skills to compare with people. What he desired was to be the strongest within his own Realm. 0

"You must have an invincible mindset while also maintaining humility and caution," Old Lu advised. "As for the situation in neighboring countries, I can't provide much insight since I haven't kept track of it and lack relevant information. I only have this map; take it with you. The rest is up to you to explore—it's the unknown that brings excitement." 0

Receiving a map from Old Lu, Mo Wen also inquired about knowledge regarding Refining Weapons. However, Old Lu couldn't share much since he had yet to refine any weapons himself. Instead, he handed Mo Wen a book about various materials and another on weapon crafting—these books were rare outside but not particularly valuable to Old Lu. 0

Once he had processed his separation from Old Lu, Mo Wen focused on resuming his cultivation. He had already wasted considerable time on this matter and needed to quickly bring his Body Speed Realm to perfection. He was curious about Old Lu's mysterious adversary and had tentatively asked him about it; however, the old man remained tight-lipped. From Old Lu's demeanor, it seemed their relationship resembled that of lovers entwined in conflict. 0

Life returned to normal as Mo Wen diligently practiced the Shen Su Jing. Yet no matter how hard he tried, he struggled to grasp the essence of controlling his speed. 0
