Wang Tu was certain that he had not offended Jiang Chen, so he was not afraid of any trouble from him.
"My two friends here, who got wine and food stains on them, who did that?" Jiang Chen said lightly.

"I'll transfer it right away," Wang Tu replied. Ten thousand yuan was nothing to him.
But as he was about to make the transfer, Jiang Chen spoke again, his tone calm. "It can be resolved with money, but it's not something ten thousand yuan can cover."
"Then how about a hundred thousand?" Wang Tu suggested.
Jiang Chen remained silent.
"Two hundred thousand?" Wang Tu tried again.
"Let me set a number: one million per person," Qin Xiaoya said impatiently. Since Jiang Chen was stepping in to negotiate compensation, it should at least be in the millions. However, she also knew that most people couldn't come up with a hundred million. Two million in compensation was already quite generous.
Yet, what Qin Xiaoya considered generous appeared as extortion to outsiders; even Wang Shun Yuan and Liu Ying were left dumbfounded.
One million per person? For them, that was an astronomical figure—something they might never earn in their lifetime. They were shocked but also found it somewhat reasonable; after all, it was Qin Xiaoya who made the demand. Although they didn't know her background well, they recognized her as a CEO and understood that wealthy people's perspectives were far different from theirs.
Wang Tu and his companions were equally stunned.
"Miss Qin, you're being unreasonable here. It was indeed a misunderstanding between us just now. I can compensate a hundred thousand each as a gesture for your sake, but one million is impossible," Wang Tu said. Although his family had money, coming up with two million on the spot would require him to consult his father first. He had never spent that much on anything; even his most expensive sports car only cost a few hundred thousand.
"Exactly! Miss Qin, it's your friends who are ungrateful and insisted on causing trouble for us, which led to their clothes getting dirty. I think a hundred yuan for their clothes is more than enough. "You know they are my friends; do you think my friends are worth so little? You think twenty thousand will suffice?" Qin Xiaoya replied coldly, exuding authority.
"Miss Qin, why are you being so unreasonable?" the Wavy Haired Girl retorted indignantly.
