My footsteps suddenly halted in a seemingly tranquil forest. Ahead of me, a thin line, almost the same color as the ground, stretched across my line of sight. If it weren't for my keen eyes, I would have nearly stepped right into it. This was a hunter's trap, and my heart tightened; it seemed that Mo Wuhen's pursuers had anticipated my route. 0

I crouched down to observe carefully. It was a taut line connected to several sharp rocks; once triggered, the rocks would fall from above, trapping me in this area. I couldn't help but gasp; Mo Wuhen's pursuers were not only skilled fighters but also adept at setting such clever traps. 0

I cautiously maneuvered around the trap. I needed to find Qingxin Grass quickly to purify the power of the Azure Blood Sword and escape their pursuit. However, just as I let my guard down for a moment, a sudden whistling sound pierced the air. Instinctively, I rolled to the side as an arrow shot into the ground where I had just stood, its fletching still quivering slightly. Looking up, I saw a cleverly concealed crossbow quietly aimed at me from a tree ahead. 0

A chill ran down my spine; Mo Wuhen's pursuers had set traps not only on the ground but also in the air. I had to be more careful; every step needed to be taken with utmost caution. 0

Using the surrounding trees as cover, I slowly approached the crossbow. I needed to disable it. As I got closer, I noticed it was cleverly secured to the trunk of the tree; any external force would trigger it immediately. 0

Taking a deep breath, I drew a small knife from my waist and gently cut the rope connecting the crossbow. It lost its balance and fell from the tree with a dull thud. Suddenly, the trees around me rustled ominously, as if foretelling an impending storm. Gripping the Azure Blood Sword tightly, I scanned my surroundings warily, realizing that Mo Wuhen's elite were arriving; battle was inevitable. 0

They emerged like phantoms from the shadows, clad in tight black clothing—Mo Wuhen's shadow guards—armed with sharp weapons. Their eyes were cold and their movements swift; each one was a highly skilled assassin. I knew this would be a fight of unequal strength, but I could not back down. 0

"Hand over the Azure Blood Sword, and perhaps we can leave you with your corpse intact," one of them said coldly, his voice like a biting winter wind—chilling and indifferent. 0

I took a deep breath; facing such peril ignited an indomitable will within me. "The Azure Blood Sword belongs to our Sword Heart Valley; what right do you have to seize it?" I fixed my gaze on them, searching for an opportunity to break free. 0

The men in black exchanged no further words and silently surrounded me in a tight circle. They coordinated seamlessly and attacked me almost simultaneously. 0

I knew these men were all experts; each one was formidable. Taking another deep breath, I drew out the Azure Blood Sword with a swift motion, its blade shimmering with a cold azure light under the moon. Today would be a fight to the death. 0

The black-clad figures wasted no time in launching their assault. The flashes of swords were like lightning, and blades wove through the air; each strike carried lethal force. The first to attack was an expert with a saber; his technique was fierce and precise, each slash accompanied by a whistling sound aimed directly at my vitals. I deftly shifted my stance; wielding the Azure Blood Sword, I countered his strikes with grace and agility, skillfully deflecting his attacks. With a light flick of my sword against his blade, I used his own force against him and pushed him back several steps. 0
