To prevent Mo Wen from escaping, he sent someone back to report to the young master. He knew that with just the three of them, they couldn't handle that kid. Even if they could, they would have to wait for the young master to take action personally. After all, it was one thing for him to be injured, but the young master had never endured such humiliation today. The young master had sent the three of them to follow that kid to find out where he was hiding, and now that the kid had come out into the wild, it saved them some effort; they could simply deal with him right there.
Mo Wen had already noticed the two people lurking in the darkness but did not disturb them because his target was Wang Tian. Along the way, he had already thought about how to deal with Wang Tian and ensure that he wouldn't come looking for him afterward. After eating some roasted meat and extinguishing the campfire, he turned and entered a cave. When the two saw Mo Wen enter the cave, their hearts finally relaxed; this kid wouldn't be able to escape now. Once their young master arrived, they would catch this kid in the cave. For now, all they needed to do was keep an eye on that cave until their young master arrived.
After resting in the cave for a while, Mo Wen felt that Wang Tian should be arriving soon, so he stealthily made his way out of the cave. It was far too easy for him to evade the two martial artists' detection; they didn't even know who was trapping whom by trying to corner him in the cave.
As dusk approached, crouched behind a tree, Mo Wen finally spotted Wang Tian approaching with four or five people swaggering into the area where "Wang Ba" was lying in wait.
"How's it going? That kid didn't slip away, did he?"
"Young master, we've been keeping an eye on him. That kid went into the cave and hasn't come out since. Plus, there's only one entrance to that cave; he's inside," Old Eight hurriedly replied with a stammer as he rushed over upon seeing his young master arrive.
"Let's go meet that kid. You lot go in and bring him out," Wang Tian instructed a few of his capable companions who had reached Speed Realm. Although he wasn't sure about Mo Wen's realm, judging by his age, he estimated Mo Wen to be at Golden Body level. According to his standards, he considered himself a genius; at twelve or thirteen years old, he had only just reached Golden Body Realm. He couldn't believe anyone could be better than him.
The five men followed Wang Tian's orders and entered the cave just as Mo Wen descended from the tree and instantly appeared before Wang Tian, sealing off his spiritual power with a swift motion.
"Young Master Wang, I've been waiting for you for quite some time."
"You!..." Wang Tian wanted to move but it was already too late. With his experience in combat as a young master from a prominent family, how could he compare to someone like Mo Wen who had fought his way out of Cloud Mist Forest? As Mo Wen sealed Wang Tian's spiritual power, three martial artists beside him were knocked unconscious.
Taking out the Beast Muscle Rope he had prepared earlier, Mo Wen tied up all four of them and placed them on the ground just as the five men emerged from the cave and saw their young master and the three others bound tightly on the ground. They rushed over in alarm.
"Wait! Aren't you afraid I'll kill your young master?" Mo Wen grabbed Wang Tian by the collar and held a knife against his throat. At that moment, Wang Tian's face turned pale and he felt a warm wetness spreading in his pants.
"Put down our young master! Otherwise, don't blame us for being ruthless!" shouted a middle-aged man leading the group at Mo Wen.
"Tsk tsk, I think you all haven't grasped the situation here. Your young master is in my hands and you're still so arrogant. Young Master Wang, it seems these people you brought don't care much about your life!" At this point, Wang Tian was like a dead dog being held by Mo Wen.
