Standing in a narrow alley and gazing at the storefront before him, Mo Wen was astonished, his jaw nearly dropping to the ground. No wonder Yin Gongzi had said it would surprise him; the meat shop in front of him had a rickety awning at its entrance, with a crooked sign hanging that read "Nerve Meat Shop." Several Beast Legs were hung from iron hooks on the beams, and behind the meat counter lay a middle-aged man, bare-chested and plump. Just as Mo Wen arrived, a customer came to buy meat, and as the burly man chopped the meat, his fat jiggled rhythmically. After completing the sale, he returned to his reclining chair and closed his eyes. 0

After observing for a while and confirming that this was indeed the place Yin Gongzi had mentioned, Mo Wen stepped up to the meat shop. 0

"Shopkeeper, I'll take two pounds of dragon meat." This was the secret code Yin Gongzi had given Mo Wen. With such a hidden storefront, Mo Wen felt that this Neural Pavilion didn’t seem like a legitimate business but rather like a mysterious organization. 0

"Old Two, we have business!" The Fat Man didn’t even lift his eyelids as he called out loudly. Then he gestured towards the curtain-covered door at the back of the shop: "Go on in." Mo Wen stood frozen in place, utterly surprised. There was no proper storefront, and business required a code; it felt like he was facing a black market operation. 0

"Kid, what are you standing there for? Get inside!" Sensing Mo Wen's hesitation, the Fat Man finally opened his eyes, sat up, and tilted his head to look at the bewildered Mo Wen. At that moment, the curtain was pulled aside slightly, revealing a head with sharp features, a pair of buck teeth, and a goatee. The small eyes darted around as if searching for something. With hair tied up in a bun and sideburns hanging down, he resembled a fortune teller. He sized up Mo Wen before extending a hand and beckoning him: "Come!" 0

As he spoke, saliva dripped from his mouth like pearls from a broken string—he looked just like a starving ghost seeing food. 0

"Haha! Old Two, you’re going to scare this kid silly! I told you to drink less of that cheap wine!" The Fat Man couldn’t help but laugh heartily at Mo Wen. 0

"Go on! Don’t be afraid, little brother; I’m not a bad person." Mr. Bucktooth waved his hand dismissively at the Fat Man and turned back to Mo Wen. He wore a smile that appeared cunning in Mo Wen’s eyes. 0

Mo Wen swallowed hard as he walked toward the door. He suddenly felt as if he were about to be slaughtered; however, with Old Lu's token in hand—though Old Lu hadn’t said much—he chose to believe that the token held significant meaning for the Divine Nerve Hall. Pushing aside the curtain to enter, he found a small table inside with a pillow placed in front of it. Mr. Bucktooth was already seated on the floor behind the table. 0

Looking around, Mo Wen noted that the room was quite cramped—about ten feet square—with no windows. If it weren’t for a lamp flickering in one corner illuminating the space, it would have been pitch dark. 0

"Please sit down, little brother," Mr. Bucktooth gestured for Mo Wen to take a seat. Thanks to the light, Mo Wen could finally see Mr. Bucktooth clearly; he stood about four feet tall and wore black Taoist robes, looking as thin as a monkey—anyone could easily lift him with one hand. 0

"What is your esteemed name?" By now, Mo Wen had calmed down and sat cross-legged on the pillow while bowing slightly in greeting. 0
