"Madam, there are some matters that need to be decided quickly..." Luna's youthful voice rang out clearly in the noisy room, her small hands gripping Aelia's skirt tightly, as if making one last effort.
Aelia's gaze shifted from Lucius to Luna, and the girl's words seemed to break an invisible barrier in the room, drawing everyone's attention to her.
"Luna, speak your mind," Aelia said calmly, a barely perceptible smile playing at the corners of her lips.
She had a premonition that this little treasure always brought unexpected surprises.
"Madam," Luna looked up at Aelia, her eyes firm and clear, "I heard from the old folks in the village that the Lord of the Fortress has a secret residence in the Northern Territory. The servants there refer to you as 'Second Madam.' I think this might not be mere gossip."
The atmosphere in the room instantly froze, Leonard's face turning pale with rage. He jumped to his feet, pointing a finger at Luna and shouting angrily, "You little brat, how dare you spout such nonsense!"
"Nonsense?" Aelia shot a cold glance at Leonard, her tone dripping with disdain. "If it were truly nonsense, why are you so agitated?"
Lucius felt a tightening in his throat; he could sense his father's gaze was about to consume him.
Taking a deep breath, he decided to break his silence.
"Father, you know Luna wouldn't speak without reason. If there is truth to this matter, you should face it openly."
Leonard clenched his fists so tightly that Ailya's white nails nearly dug into his palm.
Through gritted teeth, he spat out, "You are all slandering me!"
"Slandering?" Aelia let out a cold laugh, her eyes suddenly sharp as knives. "Leonard, do you think years of affection can cover everything? No, today I will reveal the truth!"
She turned to Qin Si, her eyes conveying an order. "Qin Si, go investigate the Northern Territory and uncover all the facts."
Qin Si nodded. "Yes, Madam."
The elder brother stood to the side, listening to Aelia's decision, feeling a mix of emotions swirling within him.
He had been disabled due to the Magic Backlash and had lived under the shadow of their father for years, feeling despair about the future of their family.
But today, he sensed a glimmer of hope.
"Mother, no matter the outcome, I will always support you."
Aelia offered a warm smile, gently patting her eldest son's hand. "Thank you, my child."
The Second Brother had been silent for a long time, recalling how he had been deceived by a close friend and fallen into the Magic Dilemma. Thinking of their father's betrayal now filled him with deep emotion.
"The world is unpredictable, and human hearts are hard to fathom. Father, I once thought you were my role model, but now I only hope that the Magic Castle can have a fresh start."
Leonard's anger reached its peak as he shouted in frustration, "Are you all crazy? This family is mine! No one can take my power away!"
Brother San listened quietly, but guilt filled his heart.
Years of neglecting his training due to Talent Misguidance weighed heavily on him. Now, witnessing the impending changes facing their family, he knew he could no longer sit idly by.
"Mother, I was wrong. From now on, I will work hard to train and contribute to our family."
Aelia nodded. "Alright, we will face this storm together."
"My lady," Luna said softly.
Leonard watched this scene unfold, his anger and resentment growing stronger.
He took a deep breath, a low roar escaping his throat. "Just wait; I will make you all understand the consequences of betraying me!"
Aelia let out a cold smile, her words dripping with disdain, "We'll wait and see who gets the last laugh."
The atmosphere in the room was tense to the breaking point, as if a thin thread could snap at any moment.
Qin Si bowed slightly and turned to leave, saying, "I will be back as soon as possible."
Just then, a faint sound of footsteps echoed from outside, suggesting someone was lingering nearby.
Aelia exchanged a glance with Luna, both of them sensing a hint of alarm.
"What’s happening?" Aelia's voice carried a note of unease.
Qin Si was about to respond when suddenly a roar erupted from outside. A massive shadow burst into the room, filling the air with a suffocating magical aura.
Upon hearing Aelia's question, Qin Si immediately became alert.
The safety of her lady was her top priority!
She quickly stepped in front of Aelia, her sharp gaze fixed on the doorway.
When she finally recognized the shadow that had rushed in, the fire of fury in her eyes blazed even brighter.
"Leonard! How dare you summon a beast to attack my lady!" Qin Si's voice rang out like Ailya's Roar, sharp enough to pierce eardrums.
She recognized the creature; it was Leonard's personal beast—the Shadow Demon Wolf, a dangerous creature known for its speed and ferocity.
Seeing Aelia's slightly terrified expression, Qin Si's heart ached to the core.
What a kind person the lady was! Over the years, she had devoted so much Heart's Blood to the prosperity of Magic Castle!
But what about Leonard?
He actually betrayed the lady and even tried to use such despicable means to harm her!
"Lady, don't be afraid. With Qin Si here, I will never let this beast lay a finger on you!" Qin Si's tone was resolute, as if making a vow.
She swiftly drew the Magic Dagger from her Waist, its blade gleaming with a cold light.
She knew she was no match for the Shadow Demon Wolf, but in order to protect Aelia, she had long since put life and death aside.
"Leonard! You are truly a complete Those Bastards!" Qin Si shouted in anger again. A gust of wind rose beneath her feet, and like lightning, she charged at the Shadow Demon Wolf.
The Magic Dagger sliced through the air, creating a fierce gust as it aimed straight for the Shadow Demon Wolf's throat.
On the other side, Lucius was also stunned by the sudden turn of events.
He could hardly believe that his Father would do something so insane.
Summoning a beast to attack his own wife was simply madness!
Disappointment, immense disappointment surged like a tide in Lucius's heart.
Once, Leonard was his hero, the goal he strived to catch up with.

Lucius took a deep breath, forcing himself to calm down.
He knew he had to do something, for Mother, for the future of the Magic Castle.
“Luna, given the current situation…” Lucius approached Luna, his tone respectful as he inquired.
He understood that this little infant possessed extraordinary wisdom and abilities; perhaps she could offer some advice in this critical moment.
At the same time, Lucius resolved to protect Luna at all costs.
This Infant Girl was the hope for the future of the Magic Castle, and he could not allow her to come to any harm.
Leonard looked at the chaotic scene before him, filled with fear and panic.
He had only intended to give Aelia a warning, to let her know who truly held power in this household.
He had never meant to actually hurt her; after all, Aelia had a powerful family backing her. If things escalated, it would bring him no benefit.
But now, it seemed that events had spiraled beyond his control.
Qin Si's desperate resistance, Lucius's questioning, and the look of disappointment and anger in Aelia's eyes all sent chills down his spine.
“No… it’s not like that… let me explain…” Leonard stammered, trying to defend himself, but he found no suitable reasons to offer.
“Explain? Leonard, what is there left to explain!” Aelia coldly interrupted him, her voice as frigid as if it came from hell. “At this point, do you still want to quibble? Do you think I would still believe you?”
Aelia's gaze pierced through Leonard like a sharp sword, causing him a wave of pain.
He knew that he had completely lost Aelia's trust and his position in this household.
He glared fiercely at Luna; if it weren't for this Little Bitch's loose tongue, he wouldn't have ended up in such a state!
"It's all your fault! It's all because of you, Little Bitch!" Leonard roared madly, acting like a wild beast that had lost its sanity.
The others in the room, including his older brother, Second Brother, and Brother San, looked at Leonard with disdain.
They were utterly disappointed in the father they once respected.
At that moment, the battle between Qin Si and the Shadow Demon Wolf had also reached a fever pitch.
Although Qin Si was agile, her strength was limited, and she gradually began to feel overwhelmed.
The Shadow Demon Wolf's attacks grew fiercer, and her wounds multiplied.
"Qin Si! Be careful!" Aelia exclaimed, her heart filled with worry.

Suddenly, Leonard seemed to have made a decision. He used all his strength to break free from the Knight's restraints and lunged towards Luna.

"Luna, be careful!" Aelia cried out in terror.
At that critical moment, a figure rushed in at an even faster speed, positioning themselves in front of Luna.
It was Lucius!
He opened his arms wide, shielding Luna tightly, using his own body to absorb Leonard's attack.
"Father! No!" Lucius cried out in pain.
"Lucius..." Aelia's voice trembled, her heart breaking.
"Mother, please take care of Luna..."
"No! No—" Aelia screamed, her voice echoing throughout the room, lingering long after her words faded.
Leonard looked down at Lucius, who lay in a pool of blood, disbelief etched on his face.
He seemed unable to comprehend that his son would sacrifice himself for an outsider.
"Why... why would you do this..." Leonard's voice quivered as if his heart had been torn apart.
Lucius struggled to lift his head, speaking in a faint whisper, "Father... you are wrong... gravely mistaken... the Magic Castle... needs to change..."
With those final words, Lucius closed his eyes and ceased to breathe.
Leonard, consumed by madness, clutched Lucius's lifeless body and wept uncontrollably.
He lost all sense of reason, all humanity, transforming into a complete madman.
Aelia slowly stood up, her gaze chillingly cold.
She looked at Leonard and said calmly, "From today onward, you are no longer the Lord of the Glorious Demon Fortress. I will imprison you and make you atone for your crimes!"
"Hahaha... atone? What crimes do I have! It was them! They betrayed me!" Leonard laughed madly, his voice sharp and desperate.
Aelia ignored Leonard's ramblings. She turned to Luna.
"Luna, are you alright?" Aelia asked softly.
Luna shook her head, her gaze calm and profound, as if she could see through everything.
"My lady, what do you plan to do next?" Luna inquired.
Aelia paused for a moment in silence before slowly saying, "I want to make the Magic Castle... a brand new place."
Luna looked at Aelia's determined eyes, a mysterious smile appearing on her lips.
She knew that a greater storm was about to arrive, and she would play an important role in this tempest.
Suddenly, Luna's expression became vacant as she murmured to herself, "So this is the arrangement of Destiny..."
