Luna nestled in Aelia's embrace, feeling the gentle touch that stirred a warm current within her.
However, she was not swayed by this warmth; instead, she became more resolute in secretly planning her next move.
She understood that to protect this home and safeguard this love, she needed to be more cautious and work harder.
Aelia's song abruptly ceased as she looked down at Luna in her arms. Gently, Aelia placed her back in the cradle and whispered, "Let's leave it here for tonight, my little treasure." She turned and left the room, her footsteps fading away.
Luna waited quietly for a moment, confirming that Aelia had indeed departed before sitting up from the bed.
Taking a deep breath, she silently mapped out her next steps in her mind.
She knew that the key to changing Magic Castle's Destiny lay in making Aelia see Leonard's betrayal.
Only then could the family’s predicament be completely shattered.
Luna tiptoed out of the room and made her way down the corridor to Qin Si's room.
Qin Si was Aelia's maid, meticulous and loyal.
Luna knew that only through her could she relay the message to Aelia.
She gently knocked on the door, and Qin Si's voice came from behind it, "Who is it?"
"It's me, Luna," she replied in a hushed tone.
The door creaked open, and Qin Si peeked out. Upon seeing Luna, a flicker of surprise crossed her eyes. "Young Miss, what brings you here at such a late hour?"
Luna glanced around to ensure no one else was present before whispering, "Qin Si, I have something important to tell you."
Qin Si nodded and invited Luna into the room, closing the door behind them.
Luna glanced around to ensure no one was eavesdropping.
“Qin Si,” Luna lowered her voice, a hint of determination in her eyes, “I know you have always been loyal to the lady, and I have a secret to share with you.”
Qin Si's expression tightened as she listened intently.
Luna slowly continued, “I unintentionally discovered that Leonard is not as loyal as he appears. He has a concubine and often meets with her in private.”
A flicker of doubt crossed Qin Si's eyes, and she whispered, “How… how is that possible? Lord has always treated the lady so well…”
Luna shook her head firmly. “I understand this sounds unbelievable, but I have evidence. Do you trust me?”
Qin Si was silent for a moment before finally nodding. “Young Miss, I believe you. I will inform the lady of this news, but I hope you can help me find more evidence.”
Luna smiled slightly, thinking to herself, “This is exactly what I wanted.” She nodded and said, “Don't worry, I will. But to avoid alerting anyone, we should keep this matter quiet for now.”
Qin Si nodded solemnly and escorted Luna out of the room.
Back in her own room, Luna lay on her bed, contemplating her next steps.
She knew that Aelia would surely take action upon hearing this news, and she needed to provide more assistance at the critical moment.
The next morning, sunlight streamed through the window and fell on Luna's face. She opened her eyes to see Aelia sitting at the edge of her bed, looking at her with a complex expression.
Luna pretended to just wake up, rubbed her eyes, and smiled sweetly. “Good morning, Mother.”
Aelia smiled faintly, though there was a hint of strain in her smile.
She spoke softly, “Luna, about what you said last night; I need you to tell me more details.”
Luna felt a tightening in her chest, but she maintained an innocent smile on her face. "Mom, I actually just had a dream last night, a dream about some strange things. But I remember clearly that in the dream, there was indeed a Leonard's Concubine."
Aelia gently stroked Luna's hair and said softly, "Alright, get up quickly. We have a lot to do today."
Luna nodded and got up to put on her clothes.
She knew this was just the beginning; every step from here on needed to be taken with caution.
That morning, Aelia began to secretly investigate Leonard's whereabouts.

Luna replied firmly, "As long as we stand united, there is nothing we cannot achieve."
Aelia's investigation was still ongoing, and her resolve was gradually solidifying. She knew that Leonard's betrayal was indisputable; she could no longer sit idly by. Taking a deep breath, she declared, "I will make the truth known to the world."
Luna smiled slightly, her eyes shining with determination. "Mom, we'll face this together."
Aelia nodded, gently stroking Luna's hair, tears glistening in her eyes. "My little darling, we'll walk this path together."
Luna tightly grasped Aelia's hand, silently vowing, "Mom, let's embrace a new future together."
Suddenly, urgent footsteps echoed from outside. Luna and Aelia exchanged a glance, both feeling a twinge of unease.
The door was flung open abruptly as Leonard stormed in, anger etched on his face as his gaze locked onto Aelia.
"Aelia, what on earth are you doing?" Leonard shouted, his voice trembling with rage.
Aelia took a deep breath, straightened her back, and met Leonard Fury's gaze.
She could feel her fingertips trembling slightly, but she forced herself to remain calm.
To her ears, Leonard's Ailya's Roar sounded like the roar of a cornered beast, blustering to cover up the turmoil within.
She could even catch a faint, unfamiliar scent of Cedar Fragrance emanating from him, a reminder of another woman's presence, boldly declaring itself in the air.
Aelia felt a wave of nausea wash over her, her stomach churning, but she suppressed it with all her might.
“Leonard,” she began slowly, her voice chillingly calm, “why pretend to be ignorant?” She pulled out a stack of letters from her sleeve, the edges rustling softly as her fingertips brushed against them, their sound particularly clear in the silent room.
These were the evidence of correspondence between Leonard and his concubine, each word like a sharp knife stabbing at Aelia's heart.
“Look at this; what else can you say?” Leonard's face turned pale in an instant as he snatched the letters from her hand, scanning them rapidly. The color drained from his face completely.
His lips moved as if he wanted to say something but found himself at a loss for words.
He suddenly looked up, his eyes blazing red as he glared at Aelia, gritting his teeth as he said, “You… you dared to investigate me!” Aelia let out a cold laugh. “Leonard, this is just the beginning.” She picked up Luna in her arms, her icy gaze sweeping over Leonard as she spoke each word deliberately: “I will take back everything that belongs to me!” Luna's small hand clutched tightly at Aelia's clothing; she could feel her mother's body trembling and the tense atmosphere hanging in the air.
Looking up at Aelia, Luna said in a baby voice, “Mommy, don’t be afraid; Luna is here.” Aelia looked down at her daughter, her expression gradually becoming resolute.
She gently stroked Luna's soft hair and whispered in her ear, “Alright, let’s do this together…”
