As we just walked out of Lijing Park, we ran into Situ Jianfei and his sister along with a few upperclassmen who looked somewhat familiar. Right, I remembered them; they were the ones who fought for Zhao Bin. "What happened to you?" Situ Jianfei rushed over when he saw us walking anxiously. Situ Yanan, looking very nervous, stepped in front of us and asked, "Who did this? Was it those three scumbags from Fantasi?!" She stared at us with wide eyes. I looked into the distance and said, "You don't need to worry about it; we'll handle this ourselves." Hearing this, Situ Jianfei became particularly angry and rushed over, grabbing my collar and shouting, "Xiang Jie, you bastard! You useless piece of trash!" He pushed me aside forcefully. "Brother, calm down; they are still injured," Situ Yanan intervened to pull Situ Jianfei away. 0

"They live in the Extraordinary Home district, right? Good! Let's go!" Situ Jianfei shouted as he hurried off towards the Extraordinary area with the others. "Jianfei, just leave this alone, okay?" A Fei chased after him and grabbed his arm. Situ Jianfei turned back with red eyes and yelled, "Get lost! I'm not fighting for you; I'm doing it for Yanan and Sha Xiaomei!" He shook off A Fei's hand and continued walking away. Situ Yanan approached us with concern and asked, "Are you guys okay? Do you want to go to the infirmary..." "We're fine; you should stop your brother quickly," I urged her. "My brother is right to fight them; they deserved it for beating you up like this," Situ Yanan said indignantly. "Alright, Yanan, the whole situation is complicated. We'll explain everything later; for now, just go stop your brother before it's too late," Jiang Lingfeng added urgently. After hearing this, Situ Yanan realized things weren't that simple and said "Oh" before chasing after Situ Jianfei. I hoped he wouldn't cause any more trouble since one of their heads was already injured. 0

The three of us walked down the street in disheveled clothes, feeling miserable. I was filled with mixed emotions; why were Fantasi such scumbags? With their abilities, they should have had a bright future... Sigh! Why was I feeling sorry for those three scumbags? "Hey, Comrades, are we going to get scolded by our parents when we get home?" I turned to ask them. They exchanged glances and nodded in unison. "So what do we do? We can't go home or go to the garden... Oh wait!" Suddenly an idea struck me. "Let's go back to Lijing Park and get our jerseys back on!" I slapped my forehead. "But what about the injuries on our bodies and faces..." Jiang Lingfeng murmured. My previously bright expression dimmed at his words. "Forget it; we can't avoid going home forever. Let's just go back like this; as for the consequences... we'll take it as it comes. I believe God will protect us." I made a cross sign over my chest in prayer. "I guess that's all we can do..." A Fei sighed softly. 0

I pushed open the door to my house despite the aches all over my body. It was Sunday; my parents should be home. Damn! Why did we have to get into a fight on a Sunday? I quietly closed the door and tiptoed inside. "Jie is back! Did you bring back the designed jerseys?" Dad called from inside the room as he came out. I quickly ran to my room and said, "Dad, I'm tired; let me rest for a bit." I closed the door behind me and sighed as I sat on my bed massaging my neck. Just then, Dad opened the door and poked his head in: "My Champion's Son, did you see your new jerseys today... Jie! What happened to you? Why are you covered in injuries? Who did this?!" Dad's expression shifted from a smile to one of shock and seriousness in an instant. 0

"It's nothing; we ran into that opponent we defeated in the finals—the city runner-up. They probably couldn't accept losing, so they started trouble..." I lowered my head as Dad got angry: "How can it be like this! They don't even understand the principle of betting fairly? No way! Do you know where he lives? I'm going to talk to his parents about this; I want to ask them why they hit my son! Let me see how badly you're hurt; if necessary, we'll go to the hospital..." "Oh Dad, don't get worked up; they're hurt worse than we are! I'm fine; I'm a man after all, right? Hehe." I made a tough pose, but Dad didn't say anything this time; he slowly walked over and sighed while touching my injuries on my hands and neck. "Honey, bring the first aid kit; your baby is hurt!" 0

I took a good nap at noon and woke up around one in the afternoon feeling sore all over and unable to move. Looking out the window, I noticed that what had been clear skies had turned gloomy. Slowly getting up and sitting on my bed while yawning, I muttered, “On some day it’s sunny, on some day it’s cloudy…” Suddenly my phone by the pillow rang. I picked it up to see an unfamiliar number—who could it be? “Hello? Who is this?” I asked after answering. A familiar voice came through: “Jie, it's Situ Jianfei; bring A Fei and that guy who got beaten up over to Lijing Park near the pine forest road.” Then he hung up. Upon hearing his voice, my sleepy eyes widened instantly as my mind cleared up—what was Situ Jianfei planning? Maybe I should call Jiang Lingfeng and A Fei to discuss this. 0

After our discussion, we decided to check things out together. So off we went! A Fei and I took a bus after leaving our homes and met up at Lijing Park's entrance. I noticed that Jiang Lingfeng had band-aids on his forehead and arms. “What did your parents say when you got home?” I joked as A Fei and Jiang Lingfeng both smiled awkwardly. Jiang Lingfeng replied: “Alright alright, let’s hurry over; Situ Jianfei is waiting for us!” “Yes, let’s go see!” 0
