Qin Si hesitated for a moment but eventually nodded.
"I know, Master... He has been keeping it from you, but I have always known..." Qin Si's voice was barely audible.
Aelia closed her eyes, taking a deep breath to control her emotions.
"Tell me, who is she?"
Qin Si dared not hide any longer and revealed everything he knew to Aelia.
When she heard the woman's name, Aelia's body trembled violently, as if struck by lightning.

The woman she had always regarded as a friend had betrayed her and was with her husband.
Aelia felt the world spinning around her; she leaned against the table to steady herself.
Tears silently slipped from the corners of her eyes.
Her heart felt as if it had been torn apart, the pain making it hard to breathe.
Luna, small and innocent, witnessed her mother's suffering, her heart filled with sadness and anger.
She clenched her tiny fists tightly, determined to help her mother and change the family's destiny.
She walked over to Aelia and gently tugged at her hem.
"Mom..." Luna's voice was soft and clear, like a gentle stream flowing into Aelia's heart.
Aelia looked down at Luna,
"Luna..." Aelia's voice was hoarse and weak as she reached out to embrace Luna.
Luna held Aelia tightly, feeling her mother's warmth.
"Mom, don't be sad; Luna will always be here with you."
Luna's words brought immense comfort to Aelia.
At that moment, the eldest brother pushed the door open. His face was pale, his body weak, but his eyes were filled with anger.
"Mother, I heard..." The eldest brother's voice trembled as he clenched his fists, his white nails digging deeply into his flesh.
He could not accept that his father could do something so despicable.
He felt overwhelming rage and shame.
But when he saw Luna, a glimmer of hope appeared in his eyes.
He remembered what Luna had once told him about breaking the curse.

The second brother also arrived upon hearing the news; his face was filled with frustration and anger.

She shared some key information from the book with him, pointing him in the right direction. After hearing Luna's words, hope ignited in Second Brother's eyes. He resolved to pick himself up and break free from the Magic Dilemma.
Brother San also entered Aelia's room, his face filled with guilt. He remembered how he had once neglected his training due to the magical Talent Misguidance. Now, with the family in crisis and feeling powerless, he was overwhelmed with self-reproach. Watching Luna actively help their family deeply moved him. He decided to start training diligently again to contribute to the family's well-being.
Luna looked at her family, her heart brimming with hope. She believed that as long as they united as one, they would surely overcome this hardship.
“Mom, let’s leave this place for now,” Luna said, pulling Aelia's hand. Aelia met Luna's determined gaze and nodded.
“Qin Si…” Aelia turned to Qin Si. Qin Si's eyes were slightly red as she gazed at Aelia's weary face, feeling an immense ache in her heart. She stepped forward and tightly grasped Aelia's hand, the warmth of her touch seemingly conveying strength.
“Madam, you can rest assured that Qin Si will always be by your side,” her voice was firm yet gentle, like a warm current slowly flowing into Aelia's heart. “Whatever decision you make, Qin Si will support you.”
Aelia tightened her grip on Qin Si’s hand, feeling the warmth of her palm as if she had grasped a lifeline in the darkness. She nodded gently; over the years, Qin Si had been loyal to her like a sister, and now in this time of crisis, she was her strongest ally.
“Qin Si, pack our things; we’re leaving tonight,” Aelia’s voice was soft but carried an undeniable resolve.
Qin Si did not hesitate and immediately sprang into action. She swiftly gathered Aelia’s and Luna’s clothes and jewelry while thoughtfully preparing some of Luna’s favorite toys and snacks. She knew that after leaving the Magic Castle, they would have to rely on themselves and needed to be fully prepared.
Luna toddled behind Qin Si with her short legs, her big eyes filled with worry. Although she was young, she understood that something serious was happening at home and that Mother was not in a good mood. She tried hard to help but didn’t know what to do, so she quietly followed along without disturbing Qin Si.
Qin Si looked at Luna's understanding demeanor, feeling her heart soften even more. She set down what she had in hand and gently embraced Luna.
"Young Miss, don't be afraid. With Qin Si here, everything will be alright."
Luna buried her little face in Qin Si's neck and nodded vigorously. The scent of Qin Si made her feel safe and warm.
Just then, a slightly childish voice came from the doorway. "Mother, Sister Qin Si, what are you doing?"
Everyone turned to see Lucius standing at the entrance, a hint of unease on his face. He had heard about Father betraying Mother and felt both shocked and angry. He wanted to do something for Mother but didn't know how to start.
Aelia looked at Lucius. Although her son often acted carefree, he could be reliable in critical moments.
"Lucius, you're just in time. We are preparing to leave Magic Castle," Aelia said calmly.
Lucius was taken aback. "Leave? Where to?"
"To a place where no one knows us, to start anew," Aelia replied, her tone carrying a hint of weariness but more determination.
Lucius fell silent for a moment before suddenly raising his head, his eyes shining with resolve.
"Mother, I won't go! I want to stay in Magic Castle and protect our home!"
Aelia looked at Lucius, surprised that her usually carefree son would say such a thing.
"Lucius, you..."
"Mother, I know you're hurting, but Glorious Demon Fortress is our home; it was built by Father himself. We can't just give up!" Lucius's voice was strong and resolute.
"I will work hard to train, improve my strength, protect you, Mother, protect my sister, and protect our home!"
Luna watched Lucius with admiration filling her heart. She walked over to him and tugged at his hem.
"Brother San, I believe in you!"
Lucius lowered his head and met Luna's trusting gaze, feeling even more empowered. He reached out and gently patted Luna's head.
"Luna, don't worry; Brother San will definitely protect you!"
Aelia looked at her two children with pride swelling in her heart. She knew she was not alone; she had family by her side.
"Alright, Lucius, since you've decided to stay, let's think of a way together to get through this tough time," Aelia said, taking a deep breath as determination reignited in her eyes.
Next, they all sat together to discuss how to respond to the current situation. Lucius shared everything he knew with Aelia and Qin Si, including Father's movements and the attitudes of some people within Magic Castle.
Luna, though young, actively participated in the discussion. Drawing from her understanding of the original plot, she offered suggestions that surprised everyone.
"Mother, we can first stabilize those who are dissatisfied with Father and get them on our side," Luna's voice was clear and youthful, yet filled with wisdom. "Then, we can gather evidence of Father's collusion with that woman. When the time comes, we can take them down in one fell swoop!"
Aelia listened to Luna's analysis, her heart filled with astonishment. She had not expected her daughter to be so clever and assertive.
"Luna, your idea is excellent; we can give it a try," Aelia said, looking at her daughter with admiration and pride.
After some discussion, they formulated a preliminary plan. They decided to act discreetly at first, gathering evidence while also recruiting trustworthy allies to prepare for their future counterattack.
As night fell, a crescent moon hung in the sky, casting a silvery glow over the Glorious Demon Fortress. Aelia stood by the window, gazing at the distant night scene, her mind racing with thoughts. She knew that the road ahead would be long and filled with challenges and uncertainties. However, she believed that as long as her family was by her side, they could overcome any difficulties.
She turned around and looked at the sleeping Luna. Gently, she approached the bed and tucked the covers around her daughter.
"Luna, my darling, I will protect you," Aelia silently vowed.
Just then, urgent footsteps echoed from outside the door. Qin Si hurried in, a hint of anxiety on his face.
"Madam, Third Young Master Lucius has returned, and he brought someone back with him..."
Aelia furrowed her brow. "Who is it?"
Qin Si hesitated for a moment before lowering his voice. "He said that person knows some secrets about the master..."
Aelia replied calmly but with an almost imperceptible tremor in her voice, "Take me to see..."
Beneath this calmness lay the brewing of an impending storm. She was eager to discover who Lucius had brought back.
