Then, with a bold move, I smeared a bit of cream on his face. He had a strong aversion to dirtiness and frowned slightly, but he didn’t seem angry. An inappropriate image flashed through my mind, leaving me dry-mouthed. His profile was directly facing me, and I noticed that white cream stood out starkly against his skin.
Unable to resist, I leaned in, tilted my head back, and gently licked the cream off his face.
“Xia Lanlan,” he called my name in a deep voice, gripping my wrist firmly.
The dim light in the car made his handsome face appear particularly close to mine, and I could see a hint of chaotic restraint in his eyes. His hand trembled slightly. I could even smell the faint scent of disinfectant mixed with a rich aroma of alcohol. I felt a bit dizzy.
“Li Yunfan,” he suddenly lowered his head and kissed me.
The remaining cream on my lips was gently licked away by him. My mind buzzed as my fingers weakly pressed against his chest, unable to muster the strength to push him away.
“Close your eyes,” he whispered commandingly in my ear.
His warm breath brushed against my skin, his voice deep and seductive.
“You’re not supposed to keep your eyes open while kissing, Xia Lanlan. Didn’t your ex-boyfriend teach you that?”
“It’s ex-boyfriend…” I mumbled in response.
Li Yunfan held my chin firmly, his gaze intense. He kissed me deeper, “It’s better that way.”
He lived in a penthouse in the city center, very close to the hospital where he worked. The housing prices were terrifyingly high.
As he stepped out of the elevator, he entered the door lock code and asked me once more, “Xia Lanlan, have you made up your mind?”
We both knew what would happen once we crossed that threshold. I wrapped my arms around his waist from behind and whispered, “I’ve made up my mind.”
Rather than wasting myself on someone like Ye Zheng, I might as well give myself to Li Yunfan. After all, he had once been my secret crush, so it wasn’t a loss.
As soon as the door opened, he pushed me against it and kissed me deeply. “Don’t rush… it’s all yours.”
I wrapped my arms around his neck, feeling a bit tipsy, and murmured in his ear. His kiss paused for a moment; in the darkness, he cradled my face and gently kissed my temple.
“Okay.”
I hadn’t expected that Li Yunfan, who looked so slender, would have such a well-built physique. After our first time together, he casually slipped on a pair of sweatpants and went to get me some water.
I lay by the edge of the bed, feeling weak all over, lazily watching his silhouette. He had a perfect inverted triangle shape with a lean waist.
Thinking back to what had just happened made my cheeks flush. Ye Zheng had once said that his cousin was indifferent to women, probably because being a doctor had made him emotionally cold. But they had no idea about Li Yunfan’s other side.
Those hands that were used to holding surgical instruments were surprisingly strong.
“Get up and drink some water,” he said as he approached with a cup in hand.
I don't want to move, I said playfully, "I have no strength..."
He was very patient and fed me some water.
"I want more..."
After finishing half a cup, I still felt it wasn't enough.
He glanced at me, his eyes carrying a hint of flirtation.
I felt my heart race under his gaze.
"All for you," he said in a hoarse voice, setting the cup down and leaning closer.
That's not what I wanted...
When I woke up, Li Yunfan had already gone to work.
On the bedside table was a note.
"Breakfast is on the dining table; if it’s cold, remember to heat it up. I took the day off for you, so rest well. I'll be back for lunch."
Staring at the note, my eyes felt a bit sore.
After struggling for a while, I tore the note into pieces and threw it into the trash can.
I quickly finished my shower, got dressed, and left before Li Yunfan returned.
Although I had a crush on him when I was younger, I never dared to hope we could be together.
Besides, with Li Yunfan's prominent family background and outstanding abilities, he could have any woman he wanted.
