The Dazzling New Star of the Heroes of the Martial World
The coalition of Japan and Murong Manor encountered Huangfu Mingmo, Qiu Yuxia, Nightmare Demon, and Dao Yan Dian, leading to an imminent battle. The Sword God opened the scene with a single strike, as Huangfu Mingmo faced off against Gongcun Jiro and Tuhui Garden; Qiu Yuxia confronted Matsui Yuichi and Iichiro Itagaki; Dao Yan Dian took on Traitor Murong; and Nightmare Demon squared off against Tohjo Eiki once again.
Gongcun Jiro and Tuhui Garden both wielded dual blades, while Huangfu Mingmo met them with a single sword. All three were extraordinary masters; Huangfu Mingmo's swordsmanship was exquisite and ever-changing, while Gongcun Jiro and Tuhui Garden displayed their knife skills with remarkable finesse. Neither side showed any fear as they fought fiercely, shaking the mountains and rivers.
Qiu Yuxia wielded her sword with ease, launching strikes at lightning speed; Matsui Yuichi and Iichiro Itagaki danced with their blades effortlessly, their movements like meteors racing across the moon. The exchanges between them showcased the pinnacle of Central Plains swordsmanship against Japan's unparalleled knife techniques, each excelling in their own right.
Dao Yan Dian, a newcomer to the martial world, held his ground against Traitor Murong without falling behind. Both relied on their skills and displayed their unique techniques in a fierce stalemate.
In their second encounter, Tohjo Eiki faced Nightmare Demon again, knowing that the Demon had formidable foundations. He took the initiative with his renowned technique, Razor Strike, which surged toward Nightmare Demon with overwhelming force. Unfazed, Nightmare Demon executed Waste of Effort, Severing the Veins, unleashing a powerful aura that shook the surroundings. When their techniques clashed, Demonic Arts overpowered Japan's ultimate move; Tohjo Eiki was sent flying ten zhang away by the immense force while the Demon only retreated a few steps. Not willing to accept defeat so easily, Tohjo Eiki unleashed his ultimate move, Supreme Domination, which bore down on Nightmare Demon like a raging tide. Sensing the threat, Nightmare Demon did not dare to be careless and countered with his top-tier Demonic Arts: God-Slaying Path Destruction. The area was instantly engulfed in a tempest of chaos. Their ultimate moves collided with earth-shattering force, reshaping the landscape. Once again, Demonic Arts triumphed over Tohjo Eiki's ultimate technique; he was struck back dozens of zhang and coughed up blood from his injuries. Nightmare Demon was also pushed back ten zhang but remained unscathed.
Seeing an opportunity not to be missed, Nightmare Demon launched Shattered Corpse, No Bones Left at Traitor Murong. Tohjo Eiki replied: "You killed Murong; your days are numbered." He then departed.
Dao Yan Dian said: "This is what he deserves for his actions; he brought this upon himself."
Nightmare Demon responded: "This is retribution in kind."
Dao Yan Dian countered: "You are no better than a cunning beast; killing without mercy is what you are."
Nightmare Demon replied: "This is simply returning harm for harm."
Qiu Yuxia expressed gratitude: "Thank you both for your tremendous assistance in driving off the Japanese."
Huangfu Mingmo made a disdainful expression and said: "Fighting alongside a Demon is my disgrace."
Nightmare Demon pointed at Huangfu Mingmo and said: "If it weren't for our common enemy at hand, you would pay dearly for your words just now."
Seeing this situation escalate, Qiu Yuxia did not want them to fight and pulled Huangfu Mingmo away from the scene. Before leaving, Huangfu Mingmo stated: "Demon, I look forward to our final confrontation when Male and Female come."
