Seeing Mengzi in such a state at the Dreaming Medical Pavilion, Heroic Blade Eighteen Vengeances laughed heartily and said, "Old Man Meng, this is the result of your own doing. At that time, I will be able to slay this wicked dragon."
Heroic Blade Eighteen Vengeances asked in confusion, "Old Man Meng, in such a severely injured and deeply poisoned state, do you really have that capability?"
Mengzi said, "Whether I have that capability will be revealed in three days. Liang Shanbo, go to the Broadcast Tower and post a challenge."
Liang Shanbo replied, "Yes." He then left the Dreaming Medical Pavilion and headed for the Broadcast Tower.
Yi Junsheng and Reverse Head arrived at Snow Sea Human Bone Bridge. Yi Junsheng immediately felt an overwhelming chill and began to tremble. The half-bone, half-human Jia Baoyu spoke: "Damn White Face, today is your day of death." After saying this, Jia Baoyu extended his bony right hand and quickly reached for Yi Junsheng, intending to kill him. Seeing this situation, Yi Junsheng turned and ran: "What is happening? Why has Jia Baoyu turned into this?" As Yi Junsheng fled, Jia Baoyu only chased him to the outskirts of the Human Bone Bridge. When a cough echoed from within the bridge, Jia Baoyu returned inside. Yi Junsheng narrowly escaped and headed towards Martial Bamboo Divine Domain to inform Yi Zhangzhi about this matter.
Mengzi left Dreaming Medical Pavilion and returned to Confucius Academy to prepare for a battle with Half-Dragon in three days. Originally having seven lives, Mengzi now had only three days left to live. Mengzi bore no resentment but only regret for causing so many disciples' tragic deaths with his own hands. Mengzi shed tears of regret for his created misfortunes against the blue sky; several drops fell slowly to the ground as time seemed to freeze at that moment. These tears marked the end of regret and also the beginning of revenge.
Yi Junsheng returned to Martial Bamboo Divine Domain and informed Yi Zhangzhi about what happened at Snow Sea Human Bone Bridge. Yi Zhangzhi felt helpless and said, "You have harmed another innocent person. From what you say, Jia Baoyu must have been controlled by someone using magic, and his body will gradually corrode away until he becomes a complete Skeleton. It seems I must personally go to Snow Sea Human Bone Bridge to take a look." With that, Yi Zhangzhi headed towards the Human Bone Bridge.
