The Dazzling New Star of the Heroes of the Martial World
Murong Yaoxian used the Black Moon Box three times in the Martial Bamboo Divine Domain to travel through time, and this time she was finally sent to the Fifth Space a thousand years ago. Murong Yaoxian unleashed her sword techniques, injuring the Thugs severely. One Thug disregarded his own safety and approached Murong Yaoxian's lower body, grabbing her legs to inhale her fragrance. Offended, Murong Yaoxian decisively struck him down with her sword. The remaining Thugs were taken aback by this display. Nevertheless, they were unwilling to give up on such a rare opportunity to enjoy the beauty. A fierce-looking Thug ordered everyone to adopt a guerrilla tactic to exhaust Murong Yaoxian's stamina, believing that eventually she would become their prey.
Murong Yaoxian realized the Thugs' intentions and retreated while fighting. However, being a woman, her stamina was limited. When she retreated near a riverbank, she was nearly exhausted. At that moment, Iron Faced Man was aimlessly searching for the Masked Man who had stolen his Divine Shield when he passed by the riverbank. Upon seeing the Thugs engaging in wrongdoing, he stepped in to help Murong Yaoxian. With a thunderous strike, Iron Faced Man injured each of the Thugs, causing them to flee.
Murong Yaoxian looked up and bowed in gratitude to Iron Faced Man, saying, "Thank you for your assistance, brave sir; I am deeply grateful!" Her enchanting beauty immediately captivated Iron Faced Man, who had never seen such a stunning woman before; feelings of love stirred within him. Iron Faced Man's dazed expression made Murong Yaoxian feel quite uncomfortable. She spoke again, "May I ask how this brave sir is called?"
Iron Faced Man was pulled back from his daydream by Murong Yaoxian's gentle voice and replied, "Oh, I lost my composure; my name is Iron Faced Man. May I ask for your name and where you are from?"
Seeing the mark on Iron Faced Man's face raised her suspicions; she responded, "Oh, my name is Murong Yaoxian; I am from Murong Manor. May I ask what that mark on your face signifies?"
Iron Faced Man quickly covered his mark with his hand and said, "It's an old story best left untold. In the Martial Arts Alliance, I have never heard of a place called Murong Manor." The more they talked, the more desire surged within him. At that moment, his long-suppressed beastly instincts finally erupted; without waiting for Murong Yaoxian's reaction, Iron Faced Man abruptly embraced her and tore off his tattered mask to reveal his ferocious face, intending to kiss her. Murong Yaoxian struggled fiercely and managed to stab Iron Faced Man in the right foot with her sword. He cried out in pain as blood gushed forth; he loosened his grip just enough for her to escape. Seeing this, Murong Yaoxian immediately fled toward the riverbank while Iron Faced Man pursued her despite his injury.
Just as one threat receded, another approached; Murong Yaoxian's journey to find love was fraught with peril. When she reached the riverbank and wished to avoid further humiliation from Iron Faced Man, she resolutely jumped into the water. Iron Faced Man chased her to the riverbank but gave up pursuing her into the water due to his bleeding foot. He declared, "Murong Yaoxian, you will eventually be mine."
As Murong Yaoxian drifted in the river, a solitary boat slowly approached in the distance with a Swordsman standing at its bow playing a flute. When the boat reached her side, a melodious sound resonated through the air as waves rippled across the water and lifted Murong Yaoxian onto the boat. The Swordsman then played another tune that expelled the river water from her stomach, reviving her consciousness. At this moment, Murong Yaoxian regarded him warily due to past experiences that made her cautious.
The Swordsman asked, "Why are you drifting in the river? Is there something troubling you?"
Murong Yaoxian replied, "I arrived here only to be targeted by a group of Thugs; later I was saved by an Iron Faced Man who turned out to also desire my beauty and attempted to assault me. I had no choice but to jump into the river to escape."
The Swordsman said, "I see; there are still so many scoundrels in the martial world. I am from Cang Hai Gu Zhou—No One Crosses Here—may I ask your name?"
Murong Yaoxian answered, "I am Murong Yaoxian."
No One Crosses Here continued asking, "Where are you headed? Allow me to escort you."
Murong Yaoxian replied, "I do not know; I am here looking for someone."
