Will it still be effective?" After saying this, Tai Kuang Lord circulated Chaotic Power throughout his body. At this moment, Consciousness Corps felt immense fear and dared not approach. Seeing this situation, Liu Yi unleashed his signature move—Drunken Man Awakens—intending to use the intense smell of alcohol in the air to intoxicate Tai Kuang Lord before striking him down. However, Tai Kuang Lord sensed something amiss and immediately closed his senses; no matter how strong the smell of alcohol in the air became, he could not detect it. Yet Tai Kuang Lord needed to breathe and could only swing his sword at Liu Yi guarding the cave entrance in an attempt to break through for fresh air.
Liu Yi understood Tai Kuang Lord's intentions as well; he stood firm at the cave entrance alongside Old Witch with unwavering resolve. Despite numerous attacks from Tai Kuang Lord failing to inflict any damage on them, he found himself unable to hold back against the intoxicating fumes any longer. At this moment, Tai Kuang Lord had successfully escaped from the cave; however, an extraordinary change occurred within Old Witch as Green Qi Flow worked its miracle—Old Witch suddenly grew legs and stood up.
Tai Kuang Lord was astonished upon witnessing this transformation. Before he could regain his composure, both Old Witch and Liu Yi launched their attacks simultaneously; their first combined assault against an enemy was an ultimate move. Tai Kuang Lord gathered his inner strength and swung his sword with all his might to block their attack but was ultimately outmatched; he suffered a heavy blow that sent his sword flying from his hand. His heart was pierced by their combined force as he displayed an expression of unwillingness and hatred before slowly collapsing onto the ground.
Liu Yi approached and delivered a final strike; Tai Kuang Lord instantly met his demise. Liu Yi said, "Mission accomplished; let’s leave." Following this, Liu Yi and Old Witch exited the cave.
Inside the Famous Sword Society hall, Chen Qi asked Du Fu and two others if they had come for Famous Sword. Zhu Yingtai quickly replied, "No! We are here seeking assistance from Famous Sword Society. Recently, Eternal Years committed heinous acts at Martial Arts Alliance; all our disciples were killed by those from Eternal Years. Therefore, we hope your society can take action on our behalf."

Just as both sides were locked in fierce combat, Shu Heng and Heroic Blade Eighteen Vengeances arrived. Shu Heng's sole target was Duanmu Chong; he launched an attack using the former Half Lion Man's famous move, Lion's Roar, with powerful energy rushing towards Duanmu Chong. At the same time, Heroic Blade Eighteen Vengeances aimed their swift blades at him. Duanmu Chong gathered his energy to form an invisible wall that blocked Shu Heng's Qigong while swiftly dodging Heroic Blade Eighteen Vengeances' quick strikes.
