Arnold was more enthusiastic towards Daniel. A person who could travel extensively in the war-torn Underworld was certainly not an ordinary individual. Not to mention, one must possess considerable combat strength to navigate such perilous journeys. 0

Little did he know that Daniel had learned so much about Underworld through a chip. 0

At the Flame Throne Wizard Academy, he had recorded the entire library into the chip. Through the experiences written by previous Wizard Apprentices about their adventures in Underworld, as well as the regional customs around Flame Throne Wizard Academy, he was quite knowledgeable. 0

He had no idea how far they were from the academy, but it was easy to make wild claims about what he had heard from there; at most, the other party would confirm that he was indeed in Underworld. As for where exactly, even a Formal Wizard would find it difficult to know given the vastness of the underground regions. 0

However, this allowed Daniel to ascertain his current location. The Balchik Empire lay to the north of Flame Throne Wizard Academy, while the Columbian Empire was one of several empires surrounding Balchik, located to the northwest. 0

Daniel had asked him, since Arnold was unaware of the other three empires, it was clear that they were over twenty thousand kilometers northwest of the Balchik Empire. 0

Thus, this proved that they were in the northwest direction of the Wizard Academy, approximately thirty thousand miles away from it. 0

So what was there to hesitate about? He should boast confidently until he made them question their own lives. 0

"That's such a pity; there are many fun things in that area..." 0

"You've traveled so many places? I wonder if you've heard of a guy who, despite being only a Second-Level Apprentice, can unleash terrifying power in an instant and overpower a Third-Level Apprentice, leaving them unable to fight back." 0

"Oh, have you encountered such a terrifying individual? No way..." Daniel feigned ignorance while sizing them up. 0

Arnold nodded with a grim expression. "Yes, originally there were seven of us. The moment we encountered him, he suddenly attacked and killed three of us before we managed to escape." 0

"I've never heard of such a terrifying individual, but why should you be afraid? Regardless of how terrifying his power may be, as a mere Second-Level Apprentice, his magical energy is limited. His explosive power might be strong, but it cannot last long; otherwise, he wouldn't have run away." 0

"How could we not think of that? It's just that his explosive power is too frightening; it truly terrifies us. Not to make you laugh, but at that time, we seven were being overwhelmed by him and were busy maintaining our shields without even being able to counterattack." 0

Arnold showed an embarrassed expression; being overpowered 7 vs 1 made it hard for him to admit. 0

"That's great! However, I must say I'm eager to experience just how strong a Second-Level Wizard Apprentice can be." 0

As he spoke, sparks of electricity crackled in Daniel's hand, demonstrating his profound understanding of Thunder Element magic. 0

Arnold looked at him in surprise, his face showing a look of astonishment. The Underworld rarely had lightning, so there were few strong practitioners of Thunder Element. He did not expect to encounter one here. This further confirmed to him that Daniel could not possibly be the person he had met earlier. 0

They had just encountered a Second-Level Wizard Apprentice from the surface, and now they met a Second-Level Wizard Apprentice from the Underworld. Even if the detection device indicated that he was an underground apprentice, Arnold still had his doubts. 0

The Underworld was different from the surface; on the surface, the Wizard Academy ruled over vast territories, with countless duchies and empires recruiting apprentices without much oversight. 0

In contrast, the Underworld was established under the protection of a Formal Wizard, forming an empire where the Wizard Apprentices were scattered across various cities to guard their safety. It was rare to see wandering wizards; how could he possibly encounter two in such a short time? 0

Now seeing that the other party was proficient in Thunder Element magic, which was different from Fire Magic, it was enough to prove that they were not the same person. 0

Moreover, Thunder Element magic was powerful and difficult to learn, inherently surpassing Fire Element and Water Element magic. The other party's combat ability must be considerable, and Arnold couldn't help but feel a desire to befriend him. 0

Little did he know that Daniel had been struck by Natalie countless times and had initially studied Thunder Element magic. Now his proficiency in Thunder Element magic was not inferior to that of an ordinary Second-Level Apprentice, making it easy for him to pretend to be an apprentice well-versed in lightning. 0

"Daniel, what brings you here?" 0

"I'm just wandering around and ended up here unexpectedly meeting you." 0

"This is clearly fate. How about coming over to my place for a visit?" 0

"Sure, are you going to hunt down the Flame Demon? Let me tag along and see. From my travels, I believe he should be an apprentice from Flame Throne Wizard Academy. Only that academy, which specializes in Fire Magic, could produce such a monstrous apprentice." 0

Arnold's eyes lit up; he felt that the nickname Daniel gave the Flame Demon was very fitting. Wasn't he primarily focused on flames? That violent and endless Fireball truly deserved the title of madman. 0

Soon after, Arnold invited Daniel to his villa. As a Wizard Apprentice guarding Vita City, they had a very luxurious villa in Vita City—ten connected villas occupying a large area in the center of the city, with guards stationed day and night. 0

This displayed their supreme authority in Vita City. 0

"Is that a Bunny Girl? And there's even a Fox Girl! You really live in luxury," Daniel said with shining eyes as he looked at the maids walking ahead. One had a long fluffy tail; she was clearly a rabbit girl among beastmen, along with the Fox Girl. 0

Although they belonged to the beastman race, they were completely different from the bulky Minotaurs who were muscular like rocks and whose brains were filled with muscle; these girls were far more graceful. 0

With skin as white as snow and seductive smiles, they were extremely rare slaves. 0

At least Daniel had never seen anything like this before; it was his first time witnessing such a spectacle, and it was truly impressive, living up to their reputation. 0

With Daniel's jokes lightening the mood, Arnold and the others felt much better than before. They were used to being dominant in Vita City, but they never expected that during a routine mission, three of their own would die, especially at the hands of a Second-Level Wizard Apprentice. It was no wonder they felt frustrated. 0

A newly initiated Wizard Apprentice at the second level had lower strength than any of them, yet despite their combined efforts to surround him, he managed to kill three of them. The feeling was indescribable. 0

If only they knew that the killer of their companions was right in front of them, chatting amiably and bonding with them, they would surely have mixed feelings. 0

"Brother, you have good taste. What do you say? Want to have a taste? I'll make sure they belong to you tonight." 0

Daniel struggled hard to resist and shook his head. 0

"Forget it. She's just a Fox Girl. With our abilities, capturing her wouldn't be difficult. I'm actually more interested in that apprentice on the ground. If I could obtain his secret technique for sudden bursts of power, that would be useful." 0

His reminder sparked excitement in Arnold and the others. Indeed, if they could learn that technique, they wouldn't care about an ordinary Wizard Apprentice. 0

Even a peak third-level Wizard Apprentice could potentially be defeated or even killed by them if caught off guard. 0
