When Franklin was thrown down from the Wizard Tower, the people from Flame Throne Wizard Academy erupted in cheers, their morale soaring as they wished they could chase away the people from the Six Great Wizard Towers on the spot. 0

Some even shouted, "Franklin has been defeated! Franklin has been defeated!" 0

The morale of the Six Great Wizard Towers plummeted. The main reason they had been able to hold on until now was because of Franklin, the Spatial Mage Apprentice, leading them. 0

As long as Franklin did not lose, they still had hope for victory. But now, watching Franklin being knocked down from the Wizard Tower, the myth of invincibility shattered in their hearts, and some began to retreat, wanting to escape. 0

Listening to the cheers, Franklin stood in a corner of the battlefield with a pale face, alternating between shades of blue and white. After hesitating for a moment, he sighed and suddenly raised his staff, aiming it at his heart. 0

"Franklin, what are you doing? How can you think this way? If you die, what use are we?" 0

His staff was snatched away by someone, who held him tightly with tears in their eyes. 0

Franklin let out a long sigh, tears streaming down his face. The tears were tinged with red, forming two lines of blood tears. 0

"After failing again and again, how can I face living in this world? How can I return to the Wizard Tower? How can I face my mentor?" 0

"You don't have to do this! You still have us. The only reason they won is because of the Wizard Tower. Otherwise, how could you not achieve victory?" 0

Franklin had no words left. Since he could not commit suicide, he lost the will to try again. 0

He allowed himself to be pulled away from the battlefield. 0

Anyone with clear eyes could see that although the battlefield was still in a stalemate, unless a Formal Wizard personally intervened, victory for Flame Throne Wizard Academy was assured; it was merely a matter of how many enemies they could capture. 0

Natalie hugged Daniel, kissing him on the cheek excitedly. "Daniel, we won! We won! I never expected you could defeat Franklin!" 0

Daniel stared blankly at his hands, equally incredulous. He hadn’t anticipated that he would knock down Franklin so easily. 0

When he went down, he had already prepared himself; if things went awry, he would detonate the Fire Element Pool, ensuring neither side would gain control of the Wizard Tower. Yet he never expected that he truly managed to bring down Franklin. 0

Reflecting on it carefully, a shiver ran through Daniel. Could it be that was the Fate's Abandonment Great Curse? 0

Invisible and imperceptible; if he hadn’t recalled it, he wouldn’t have known at all. 0

Daniel observed carefully. Both sides were standing at the bottom of the ship's cabin, and the magic attacks were exchanged back and forth. He could destroy the wooden floor beneath him, but Franklin could not? Who would believe that? 0

Franklin took a step back to avoid the void beneath his feet, which was quite normal, but Daniel discovered the weakness of the Spatial Barrier. If it weren't for the Fate's Abandonment Great Curse, Daniel wouldn't believe it. 0

He had cast fireballs on the Spatial Barrier countless times; if he couldn't discover anything else, why was that one instance different? 0

Even more absurdly, Franklin fell due to the shattered floor and was bombarded by numerous Fireball Spells. 0

Come on, he was a peak Third-Level Apprentice, a powerful figure just one step away from becoming a Formal Wizard. 0

How could he fall because of a single broken wooden floor? Even an ordinary person would have been able to take a step or two back. 0

Why did Franklin fall through such a small gap? 0

The consecutive coincidences that were almost impossible to succeed made Daniel realize the power of the Fate's Abandonment Great Curse. It was precisely because of this curse that he won this battle. 0

Franklin struggled against others' pulls, unwilling to leave, but after taking two steps forward, he suddenly stopped. In this situation, what good would it do to go back? The situation could no longer be changed. 0

There was hatred in his eyes. After half a moment of silence, he turned and left, quickly exiting the battlefield. 0

The other Apprentice Leaders looked at each other and understood that the situation was lost. Their strength was utterly powerless to resist, so they turned and followed suit. 0

Suddenly, the entire battlefield collapsed like a house of cards. What had been a stalemate transformed dramatically in an instant. The apprentices from the Six Great Wizard Towers could no longer hold their ground and turned to flee. 0

Those who couldn't escape had no choice but to kneel and beg for mercy; otherwise, they would be overwhelmed by countless spells. There was no choice but death. 0

The apprentices from the Flame Throne Wizard Academy, even the weakest ones who were only First-Level Apprentices, dared to charge forward. 0

In contrast, the apprentices from the six major Wizard Academies had no thoughts of resistance; they could only kneel on the ground and plead for mercy from someone they could have easily crushed with one hand. 0

Seeing this, Daniel breathed a sigh of relief. The energy reserves of the Wizard Tower had already dropped to their lowest point; if it continued for another minute, he would have to descend. 0

Now that victory was finally achieved, there was no need to risk having the Wizard Tower confront enemies on the ground. Although the Wizard Tower was powerful, there were simply too many enemies. If they fought head-on, Daniel couldn't guarantee whether the Wizard Tower could withstand it. A multitude of ants can kill an elephant; it wasn't impossible. 0

He lowered the Wizard Tower to the ground and walked with a giant metallic foot, slowly making his way toward the enemy. 0

With the Wizard Tower stationed there, he wasn't afraid that the enemy still had any fighting strength left. Along the way, those who had initially prepared to organize a counterattack turned and fled upon seeing the Wizard Tower. 0

The Wizard Tower was already in ruins, with a massive wound below it. The Alchemist was urgently repairing it; as long as they could rush over, there was still a chance to break through. 0

They chased from the surface to underground, all the way to the boundary of the Flame Throne Wizard Academy, when someone finally raised a question: “Daniel, how about we take a break first?” 0

He had to bring it up; at this point, the Wizard Apprentice following behind the Wizard Tower had dwindled to less than ten thousand. Many had fallen behind, while others were pursuing the enemy in different directions. If they didn’t take a break soon, they might not be able to endure any longer. 0

Daniel stood at the bow of the ship, gazing into the distance, and after a moment of silence said, “Alright, you all go down and rest for a bit, then we’ll enter the territory of the Six Great Wizard Towers and make up for our losses. You handle this matter; I plan to return to the academy in two days.” 0

The crowd was taken aback and couldn’t help but ask, “You’re going back? What will we do?” 0

Although the Six Great Wizard Towers had been defeated, their strength hadn’t diminished much; they still had half of their potential left to tap into and were certainly capable of fighting back. 0

If they lost the Wizard Tower, whether they could win was one thing; even if they could win, it would come at a great cost, which was not something they wanted to see. 0

“Don’t worry, I will leave the Wizard Tower behind.” 0

Daniel said calmly. 0
