Before Cleveland could leave, someone charged in with great momentum, shouting at Daniel, "Daniel, I'm going to kill you."
It was clearly Elisa's voice. Cleveland gave him a look that said, "Good luck," and turned to leave; he didn't want to get involved in this.
Daniel felt like crying without tears. What had he done to deserve this? He had only bumped into her a few times during the fight. Although it was indeed inappropriately, did she really have to react this way?
But how could things be clear in such situations? Elisa was obviously the type of girl who focused solely on her training and was completely oblivious to worldly matters. Since she took this so seriously, Daniel could only accept his misfortune.
The problem was that there were indeed people who enjoyed watching the drama unfold. He clearly saw Natalie and others at the door, sneaking a peek inside to watch his misfortune.

Elisa was merely a Wizard Apprentice, and she could only control other Wizard Apprentices. It was like a piece of rope being able to lift a stone; it could manage a larger one but with great difficulty.
But facing a giant rock, even if several ropes were tied together, it would be impossible to lift it without breaking the ropes.
Now, Elisa found herself in such a situation. With Daniel having become a Formal Wizard, his Mental Power felt like a massive boulder; no matter how hard she tried, it was difficult for her to lift it and control Daniel.

The atmosphere instantly turned cold. Daniel broke out in a cold sweat as he finally understood Elisa's intention. Or perhaps it was a choice she had to make.
Among wizards, couples are usually chosen based on similar levels of strength.
For example, a Wizard Apprentice and a Formal Wizard would find it difficult to be together because a Formal Wizard can live for a thousand years, while a Wizard Apprentice can only live up to 500 years. If the Apprentice cannot become a Formal Wizard, then for the Formal Wizard, it becomes a cruel choice.
They would have to watch their loved one grow old and die before them while they continue to live alone in this world for another 500 years.
What kind of suffering is that? No one wants to endure it.
Elisa was originally a super talent among Wizard Apprentices. Even after becoming a Formal Wizard, her advancement speed would be rapid. If she were to casually choose a man, even if he were a Formal Wizard, he would soon appear dim in comparison to her swift progression.
It is very likely that after Elisa becomes a Third-Rank Wizard, her partner would still be a First-Level Wizard, creating a significant gap between them. It was better not to engage with two women caught up in their frenzy; they had no rationality left.
Leaving them to argue at the inn, Daniel hurried out and headed straight for his Wizard Tower, deciding it was best to give them some space and check on things at home first.
Upon returning to the Wizard Tower, he immediately ordered the ship to set sail. With the command given, the Wizard Tower sped away into the distance, though it felt somewhat chaotic.
Daniel planned to wait until they settled their dispute before making any moves.
Fortunately, when he last visited Alvis City, he had purchased a batch of slaves; otherwise, it would have been difficult for him to operate the Wizard Tower alone.
It wasn't that he couldn't do it; it was just that with such a large Wizard Tower and no one to assist him, it felt quite uncomfortable.
He made a quick trip back to the academy to pick up the Minotaur Tribe members before heading towards his hometown.
During this time, when faced with Natalie's request to teleport over, Daniel completely ignored her. If she managed to teleport over, it would surely lead to chaos.
Finally arriving at the Okto Archipelago and seeing the coastline appear on the horizon, Daniel felt a surge of emotions. He never expected he would have the chance to return.

Even after learning that it only took thirty years of study, it still felt like an eternity, as thirty years is an incredibly long time for an ordinary person.
Among the serfs, very few lived past fifty years old. Even though nobles had longer lifespans, it was rare to see someone reach their sixties or seventies.
By the time he returned, his father would likely have a head full of gray hair, yet he did not expect that only ten years had passed, and he was back home in glory.
Daniel couldn't help but feel like crying.
Under his command, the Wizard Tower did not stop for a moment and quickly arrived at Viscount Harris's castle. This was where Daniel had grown up, filled with memories of his childhood.
As he reminisced about the scene of reuniting with his parents, Alva, who was in charge of steering the ship, said to Daniel, "Master, it seems something is wrong below."
Alva was a slave specifically trained by Daniel to operate the Floating Ship. With rich experience, he was now the captain of the Wizard Tower and was responsible for its navigation under normal circumstances.
Daniel went over to take a look and discovered that what once stood majestically on the plains as Harrisburg was now marked with signs of damage. Thick smoke billowed from within, and countless soldiers surrounded it, attacking.
Upon closer inspection, Daniel realized that the attacking soldiers were from a nearby force known as the Granville Empire. He wondered why they were assaulting Harrisburg; could it be that the Granville Empire was attacking Dover Duchy?
