Mars Alliance School conducts morning exercises every day. Although there is no explicit requirement for every student to participate in collective physical training in the square, almost all students gather in the square before dawn, each showcasing their skills. 0

The Cognitive Ability training and physical exercises set by Mars Alliance School are conducted separately by grade and level. In the first year, the school does not arrange specialized physical training for lower-grade students in the youth class. Instead, physical education teachers guide the class according to the syllabus requirements, starting from scratch and focusing on solid foundational skills. 0

Starting physical training from the beginning is quite boring for Kairuot—he believes his fundamentals are stronger than anyone else in his grade and feels he doesn't need further practice. He feels that his current fitness level is at least above that of the middle grades; he just hasn't had the opportunity to showcase it until the next fitness level exam. Therefore, every morning, Kairuot never participates in the physical training in the square, nor does he stay in his dormitory to sleep; the teachers have no idea where he hides. 0

Although Kairuot does not join the collective morning exercises, he is not idle for a moment—in fact, he has found a "paradise" of his own where he practices every day. 0

This secluded forest is actually hidden on the slope of Ghost Star Mountain, which backs onto the school—a beautiful grove halfway up the mountain. 0

This forest is a place many students long for—if you stand in an open area of the campus, you can see the waterfall intermittently appearing amidst the mist at the mountainside. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of a charming rainbow arching over the waterfall. Below the waterfall lies a forest adorned with colorful Mountain Flowers, which from a distance looks like a refreshing landscape painting. 0

This scenery inspires imagination and longing; how many people wish to climb up and venture into it but are blocked by sheer cliffs, left only to sigh at its beauty? It is said that a student skilled in jumping once tried to climb up but fell from halfway down the cliff, nearly losing his life and consequently wasting half a year of study time in a Recovery Pod. Since then, the school has explicitly issued a "Prohibition of Climbing the Cliff." 0

After that incident, no student dared to violate school rules and attempt to climb the cliff; Ghost Star Mountain became merely a decorative landscape for the school. 0

As for our Kairuot, when has he ever followed school rules? Of course, when entering school, every student receives a thousand and one rules sent to their information box by the school, but Kairuot didn't even bother to open it. So when he discovered that beautiful scenery, he had only one thought: to climb up and take a look. 0

Speaking of climbing cliffs, there are indeed few people on Mars who can compare to Kairuot. This Martian, born on Earth, adapted from an early age to a life of subsistence farming and survival in harsh conditions, accustomed to an era that required constant climbing and exploration. By age 12 on Earth, he had mastered various martial arts—grappling, combat, horseback riding, hunting—he excelled at everything. The tribal people at that time treated him as if he were half a deity. 0

However, back on Mars, people treated him like a child, with dedicated caregivers for his eating, drinking, and other needs. Everything had to follow the arrangements made by the specialists, who also assigned experts to provide systematic physical training and specialized martial arts instruction. Thus, combining his experiences from Earth and the training on Mars, with his current agility and strength, climbing the Hundred-Foot Cliff was within his capabilities. 0

Before officially attempting the climb, Kairuot repeatedly went to the base of the Hundred-Foot Cliff to survey the terrain and plan the best route for climbing. 0

Finally, one day, just before dawn when students were gradually gathering in the square area, Kairuot took a deep breath and, following his planned route, climbed and jumped with all his might and agility. He managed to scale the hundred-foot path in one go. 0

As he pushed himself up onto the final flat ground, a paradise unfolded before his eyes— 0

Entering the forest, he was greeted by trees full of Mountain Flowers, their fragrant blooms refreshing his senses. Strange mountains and unique stones were scattered throughout, with springs, streams, and waterfalls dotting the flowers. A light Mountain Mist enveloped everything, making it all appear dreamlike. Deep within this fragrant and serene Flower Forest, Kairuot found an excellent Training Ground. 0

It was a round clearing that seemed to have been artificially leveled, completely free of weeds. Surrounding the clearing was a dense circle of Flowering Trees that formed a barrier against noise and disturbances. Kairuot was delighted by it all. Ever since discovering this place, he had climbed over the towering cliffs every morning without complaint to practice the martial arts taught to him by his father and Family Martial Arts Master among the layers of Flowering Trees. 0
