Mars Alliance School schedule for the morning is as follows: wake up at 6:30, morning exercises at 7:00, breakfast at 8:00, and classes from 9:00 to 12:00. The school's surveillance screen shows that Kairuot wakes up every day at 4:00 AM, and after his usual morning routine, he mysteriously disappears.
In the student dormitory hallways and at the main entrances, there is no footage of Kairuot coming or going, as if he has evaporated into thin air. However, by 9:00 AM, he always appears exactly where he is supposed to be—attending classes or studying independently—without any significant violations... This has puzzled the supervising director Fair Connie, who has been secretly observing Kairuot.
She had secretly tracked Kairuot's location, but during the time he mysteriously disappeared, his Wristband tracking signal also vanished. Even when the monitoring personnel checked and tested Kairuot's Wristband, everything appeared normal with no suspicious findings.
Fair Connie also investigated the household robot that took care of Kairuot's studies and daily life, but it seemed to be controlled by someone; during the time of Kairuot's disappearance, it was in a dormant state, and no data regarding the boy's whereabouts could be found. Strangely, the household robot never reported any relevant data about its owner to the main system; it seemed deaf to monitoring Kairuot, merely a decoration. Consequently, the school replaced his robot once, but the problem persisted, leading them to abandon further attempts.
Fair Connie struggled with this issue for a whole month but ultimately left it unresolved.

It is easy to guess that the time Kairuot mysteriously disappears every day is when he practices in the forest. Every morning, to avoid surveillance, Kairuot, relying on his unique Lightness Skill, intentionally avoids hallways and entrances, quietly sneaking out by climbing through windows and over walls.
As for why Kairuot's Wristband signal also disappears during that time, it is because deep within that forest lies an important base of the Mars Alliance. Kailong is in charge of this base. Once you step into that forest, you enter a powerful electromagnetic shield where all signals are blocked. Therefore, during his practice sessions, the school-issued Wristband can only function as a digital watch.
The place where they practice in the forest is actually an open area in front of a small gate of the Mars Alliance Base. This base is cleverly designed to blend seamlessly with nature. No one would associate this beautiful landscape with an important base of the Martians.
This afternoon is designated as study time for lower-grade students and also serves as Kairuot's practice time in the forest at Hundred-Foot Cliff. In the morning practice session, Kailong had arranged to take Kairuot to a more suitable mysterious place for training in the afternoon. Excited all morning, Kairuot finished lunch and couldn't wait for his classmates to settle down for their afternoon nap before sneaking out. It seemed that Kailong was even more anxious than Kairuot, having already waited for a long time in the clearing of the forest.
Seeing Kairuot rush over without catching his breath, Kailong cheerfully said, "You're here! Follow me."
Kairuot nodded in response and closely followed behind Kailong.
The path they walked was completely obscured, blocked by dense flowers, grass, and trees. Only Kailong approached a light blue Flowering Tree, gently brushing aside an inconspicuous branch that held a budding flower. In an instant, a door hidden among the tangled branches opened, revealing a small path before them.
The two followed this winding and secluded path until they reached the end, where a sheer cliff appeared before them, even more perilous than the Hundred-Foot Cliff. With Kairuot's current abilities, it seemed impossible to climb.
As Kairuot pondered how to ascend, Kailong pointed his right index finger at an inconspicuous red dot on the cliff face. Suddenly, the sheer wall transformed into a large door that slowly opened, much to Kairuot's astonishment—this mountain was actually hollowed out.
Without giving Kairuot much time to think, Kailong hurried him along. They entered through the door into a brilliantly lit hall and turned right, walking straight to the Light-Speed Elevator. Kailong set the Light-Speed Elevator to the highest level.
"I could have gone up without this Light-Speed Elevator, but considering your abilities aren't enough to scale this Thousand-Fathom Cliff, I had no choice but to accompany you," Kailong said.
They exited the Light-Speed Elevator and found themselves at the summit of the Thousand-Fathom Cliff. Here was another world entirely. Just moments ago, they had been surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of spring; now they stood in a winter wonderland, cloaked in silver and biting cold. In less than half an hour, they had experienced both spring and winter.
