After receiving the order from Marshal Belche, Caddy, the Squad Leader, did not immediately launch an attack but actively thought of a strategy. His judgment aligned with that of the Marshal; this was a new type of mecha specifically sent to scout the base. The Martian Mecha that had been circling their base for several days would not easily leave the current airspace until its reconnaissance mission was complete, so he decided to observe further and not rush into action. 0

This mecha, marked with the Sidoran Squadron insignia, had been seen multiple times on Caddy's screen, and he had carefully tracked its movements. The presence of the Sidoran Squadron emblem on this Martian Mecha raised his concerns. Faced with a solitary provocation from the Sidoran Squadron mecha, he could not afford to be careless; rash actions could lead to trouble, especially given their previous failures in encounters with the cunning opponent. Caddy checked the radar display again and confirmed that it was indeed a mecha coming to provoke them, without any other mechas providing cover. This reassured him that it was not a decoy. 0

Still uneasy, Caddy stood in front of the Screen Wall and reviewed the footage of the Sidoran Squadron mecha once more. He thought, "This mecha managed to evade all of our base's weapon attacks over three days and escaped unscathed. This person truly possesses exceptional skills; they are at least a mecha expert and not easy to deal with. Our mechas would definitely struggle in a one-on-one fight. Even sending two or three mechas against such a skilled opponent might not be enough to stop them, let alone eliminate them..." 0

Caddy's contemplation was interrupted by Marshal Belche's urgent command. Belche ordered him to launch an attack immediately or face military consequences. With heavy suspicion weighing on him, Caddy had no choice but to engage. He decided to implement their best tactic—the wolf pack strategy—against the Martian Mecha that had come to provoke them. 0

Caddy donned his helmet and boarded his Command Mecha, which had accompanied him for many years. He intended to confront this arrogant foe personally and extinguish its arrogance. 0

Over twenty mechas were deployed from Capricornian Base, trained and organized into several groups, moving in coordinated formations from above and below, left and right, charging fiercely toward Kairuoka's mecha. 0

Kairuoka utilized the speed and super maneuverability of the X-N1 model new mecha to evade quickly. He did not engage directly with Caddy's formation but instead employed hit-and-run tactics, darting left and right, climbing up and diving down, disrupting Kadi Mecha Squadron's formation to initiate one-on-one combat. 0

However, Kadi Mecha Squadron was an experienced unit with numerous combat experiences; they quickly saw through Kairuoka's intentions. They chose not to engage in prolonged skirmishes but relied on their formation for mutual cover while concentrating firepower on Kairuoka’s mecha with missiles, laser energy rounds, and electronic interference. This forced Kairuoka’s mecha to struggle just to evade their barrage without being able to retaliate. 0

Ultimately outmatched by Kairuoka’s weaker forces, he broke away from their tactical formation and turned to accelerate his escape. 0

Seeing their clear advantage, Kadi Mecha Squadron dismissed all concerns when they noticed the Martian mecha attempting to flee. Caddy thought, "How can a cooked duck fly away?" Without hesitation, he ordered all mechas to pursue at full speed. 0

When Kadi Mecha Squadron reached an open area ahead at full speed, they were stunned; a dark mass of Martian X-N1 model new mechas lay in wait for them in that space. This was a squadron of Sidolan mechas that struck fear into Capricornian forces; by the time Kadi Mecha Squadron realized they had fallen into a trap, it was too late to retreat. 0

Such a large group of mechas had hidden too well, evading all Capricornian radar systems. It was evident that Martian stealth technology had once again surpassed Capricornian technological levels. What Kadi Mecha Squadron faced would be a massacre; over twenty mechas were like sheep entering a wolf pack, instantly surrounded and divided by the Sidolan mechas, being eliminated one by one. 0

Only Caddy, a Command Mecha, remained in the sky. Faced with Kairuoka's relentless pursuit, Caddy did not back down; he was determined to fight Kairuoka to the bitter end. The two mechas engaged in a fierce aerial battle. Eventually, both transformed into their robot forms and faced each other in space. Kairuoka spoke first: 0

"Go back and tell your Marshal Belche that we were once part of Capricorn Planet. Why must we fight to the death over a few resources? Prolonging this conflict benefits neither side. You should quickly retreat back to your Capricorn Planet." 0

Caddy laughed heartily: "You inferior race come here living freely, yet instead of bowing down and begging for mercy before your ancestors, you ask us to leave? That's a foolish dream. We came all this way for Martian resources; cosmic resources should be shared by all, not monopolized by you Martians." 0

Kairuoka warned Caddy: "The resources on Mars cannot be taken just because you say so. We are no longer the people you could easily dominate in the past. I advise you to roll back home early, or you will suffer a terrible defeat!" 0

Caddy arrogantly replied: "Who will suffer is still uncertain. We wouldn't have come all this way without confidence in our victory." 0

Kairuoka chuckled: "You are overly confident if you think you are guaranteed victory. The longer this battle goes on, the more passive you become, until you are nothing but a turtle hiding in your base, too afraid to come out, yet still claiming victory." 0

Caddy grew anxious and said: "Once our super cosmic energy weapon is developed, your defeat will be inevitable. We will definitely win! Our weapon..." Caddy realized he had let something slip and abruptly stopped speaking. 0

Kairuoka fell silent, angrily swinging his fist at the opponent, which Caddy hurriedly blocked. The two exchanged punches and kicks in the sky. Caddy's mecha was slightly slower and less agile than his opponent's, gradually becoming battered and shaky from repeated blows, unable to counterattack. 0

Subsequently, both transformed back into flying mechas and began firing Missiles and lasers at each other. Facing the encirclement of the numerous mechas from the Sidoran Squadron, Caddy felt a sense of dread; he knew he was outnumbered and could not win, so he chose to fight while retreating. 0

During his escape, Caddy's mecha was once again injured by Kairuoka, causing it to wobble helplessly as it fled through the air. Kairuoka pursued closely behind until they reached the boundary of the alien defense shield; he did not dare to press further and turned back towards Mars Base. 0
