After the death of the king of Cancun Kingdom, Kairuoka, driven by a sense of responsibility, dedicated himself to the revival of Cancun Kingdom, attempting to help the subjects through their period of grief. 0

Soon after, under the strong requests and petitions of many ministers, Kairuoka was elected as the new king. Cancun was renamed Maya, and Kairuoka became the first king of Maya. 0

The first action taken after the kingdom's renaming was to relocate the city. The earlier tragedy had deeply affected the people's beliefs, and both inside and outside the city-state, there was great fear regarding the tragic death of the Cancun King, worrying that such a tragedy might occur again. Thus, at King Kairuoka's call, the subjects agreed, and the city relocation plan was quickly established. The people of Cancun began to systematically move in batches deeper into the dense forest. 0

In addition, the city-state of Teotihuacan also initiated a relocation plan, based on Kairuoka's advice. They planned to move near the dense forest where Maya Kingdom was stationed. A month later, Teotihuacan became a deserted city, its original location turned into ruins. 0

Belche initially intended to affiliate with Teotihuacan to establish a foothold on Earth. However, his plans abruptly fell through due to Kairuoka. With Kairuoka around, the shadow of fear lingered in his heart, causing him great inner turmoil. 0

Belche's soldiers soon discovered that Kairuoka had merged Cancun and Teotihuacan into one and relocated to a rather secluded area deep in the forest, intending to establish Maya City-State there. Upon hearing this, Belche gritted his teeth in frustration but forced himself not to act rashly to avoid self-inflicted suffering. 0

During his recovery period, Belche utilized his remaining giant troops to engage in guerrilla warfare, striking quickly and moving on to different locations while continuing to plunder those poor small city-states on Earth. Meanwhile, Kairuoka was busy managing the urban construction of Maya Kingdom and was overwhelmed with various affairs, temporarily putting Belche's situation out of his mind. 0

With two nations and tens of thousands of people to manage, and with large city-states needing to be built from logging and land clearing, Kairuoka was stretched thin and had no time even for sleep, let alone watching over his son. As a result, Kairuot began mingling with the children of the townsfolk. He hunted in the forest with them daily and improved his climbing and falling skills day by day. They camped around bonfires and slept together, increasingly resembling wild children born on Earth. 0

With his Command Ship mecha and the efforts of over one hundred thousand people, Kairuoka rebuilt a brand new city within two years. 0

The layout of Maya City, based on the characteristics of a tropical rainforest climate, still adopts the urban planning of water and land transportation from Cancun Kingdom. Artificial rivers have been dug within the city, channeling water from a large river in the dense forest into the city. The waterways are densely interconnected, with roads and bridges constructed along the river as planned. The roads are well-connected, and the area is filled with shops along the riverside streets and roads. People live near the forests and water, and the residential environment is much better than that of Cancun Kingdom. 0

Agriculture within the Maya City-State has greatly developed, achieving self-sufficiency. Located in a primeval forest with abundant wildlife, hunting is very convenient, providing a rich supply of meat for the city-state. The people live prosperous lives in harmony. 0

In this construction effort, Kairuoka learned from past lessons and built two pyramids within Maya City, cleverly hiding them among towering trees, making them difficult to spot from the air. 0

Notably, a wide avenue was constructed alongside the sides of the two pyramids. Kairuoka uses this avenue for training the Mayan Army and teaching martial arts to the Maya. It also serves as a temporary landing site for his Command Ship. 0

To defend against external invasions, a unique astronomical observation tower was built within Maya City. Besides observing celestial phenomena, it can also monitor enemies approaching from above and on the ground, ensuring preparedness against invaders. 0

Regarding the reconstruction of the palace, Kairuoka built it in memory of the late King Kamash, maintaining the grandeur of Cancun Palace. 0

For the future development of Maya, Kairuoka established a shrine not for worship but specifically for educating the children of ministers in Maya City. The teachers are primarily high-ranking ministers with strong cultural backgrounds, aiming to promote and pass down Maya Culture through generations. 0

To prevent enemy incursions, Kairuoka constructed hidden escape routes and installed lookout posts, mechanisms, crossbows, and traps throughout various locations. 0

In response to the characteristics of Belche Giant Troops, Kairuoka restructured a well-trained army. Although the Maya Kingdom advocates opening ports for trade and strengthening friendly exchanges between city-states, there are explicit restrictions on unknown individuals. The regulations clearly prohibit giants from entering Maya City-State; any sightings of giants must be reported immediately, allowing troops to take lethal action. 0

The vast Maya City is surrounded by tall walls with a wide moat alongside them. Gates, drawbridges, and guard posts are established in all four directions—east, south, west, and north—to inspect suspicious individuals. The gates and drawbridges open at designated times to ensure the safety of Maya City. 0

After six years of construction, the Maya Kingdom has finally emerged as a strong nation with a powerful military presence, showcasing a scene of prosperity within the city-state. 0
